Ok, so he you haven't figured it out, Neil is kinda of a cuckoo celebrity like Tommy from the Room. Not it hinders his acting performance it greatly enhances it! But like any actor some of his beliefs may not reflect but he does so and doubles down (hence the title name Double Down). He's very anti-government in a sort, robots took 'er jobs, of way. He's just a very conservative man who I think many people just don't respect these with you know...
