I'm glad you enjoyed the game OP!
I'm of the opinion that it's one of the strongest entries in the series. Despite it's early pacing problems, random Gannon insert, muddy textures, and barren overworld. The dungeons are some of the strongest, and most thematically varied the series has ever had.
