The other agents are the friends you meet on the way.I might actually buy GTA 6 if this is what actually happened.

I wish we lived in a time where this scenario was the least likely outcomeJason's going to die or turn into the bad guy after being made to look like an idiot. You know it to be true...
Rockstar like money and the pendulum is swinging, they have enough time to correct the course.Jason's going to die or turn into the bad guy after being made to look like an idiot. You know it to be true...
Counter argument, Sadie Adler.I wish we lived in a time where this scenario was the least likely outcome
I don't know though, you have to have some faith Rockstar won't go down this modern route tripe we've all been suffering under..
..Maybe.
It's not outside the realm of possibilities, for sure. It'd be nice if there were multiple story routes based on choices/mission results, but that's asking for a lot in a game as huge and ambitious as modern GTA.Rockstar like money and the pendulum is swinging, they have enough time to correct the course.
They are not gonna care about spending another couple of millions to redo some scenes.
I prefer a well told story without choice if i have to be honest.Counter argument, Sadie Adler.
But yea, it'd be nice to see them as a true 'ride or die' couple throughout.

I don't disagree, but I just thought that having multiple routes makes it more likely that there's one that doesn't piss me off.I prefer a well told story without choice if i have to be honest.
Multiple ending\choices are rarely good.
I get what you say but i still prefer a forced story, arthur doing that and the conseguences were some of the saddest but best moments in the game.I don't disagree, but I just thought that having multiple routes makes it more likely that there's one that doesn't piss me off.
I can't help but think back to the mission in RDR2 where you're forced to beat the hell out of that family man, which ends up giving Arthur TB and how much I wish there was a story branch there to take it in a different direction. Especially on a 2nd playthrough.
It also felt extremely out of character for him at that point in the story, which is what I had a problem with. I think putting him in a more desperate situation would have made it more believable, but anyway I'm going outside the scope of this thread.I get what you say but i still prefer a forced story, arthur doing that and the conseguences were some of the saddest but best moments in the game.
But what if you could save Aerith from the O'Driscoll gang so she can cast Planet Protector on Arthur, making him immune to TB before he goes to his fatal debt collection run ??!I prefer a well told story without choice if i have to be honest.

You are right tho it was very out of character as long as you did not play an evil Arthur. They could have found a much better way to have him get TB but his death was inevitable. It also felt extremely out of character for him at that point in the story, which is what I had a problem with. I don't think Rockstar would do branching story anyways, but then again they did do multiple story PoVs for GTA5, so who knows. It'd just be nice to see Jason as a capable anti-hero and Lucia's partner/equal instead of a feminist punching bag, so that's what I'd like to see.
For modern audiences.
I am hoping for Bonnie and Clyde final showdown to go out in a blaze of glory.![]()
will one betray the other, will they go out guns blazing? i honestly hope their is no betrayal. kind of bored of that Rockstar trope
will their be strip clubs? can't see it in this game because they are a couple or prostitutes. It's going to be a different kind of GTA
And it turns out to be an actual dog. Then you play as the dog in the endgame. They get saved by the 3rd protagonist.
I love that character, infact, I loved the whole damn lot. I was having a re run of Red Dead 2 a few weeks back and I really do have a suspicion we won't ever see this level of greatness againSadie Adler.

Grand Theft Auto VI: A Dog's Life 2And it turns out to be an actual dog. Then you play as the dog in the endgame.
And GTA6 online is just a new game + type mode where you play the ghost of your character wandering aimlessly the city without being to do with anything (like a noclip mode without any interaction)They both die within the first hour of the game. After that, you get to create your own character, who also dies shortly after, being shot by some random on the street. The game ends there.
DAY ONE!Jason becomes Ice and deports Lucia.
Bruh yall are stupid afI'm almost certain Lucia is going to be the one with agency in this game and Jason is the simp just goes along. He will not out shine or, or ever make her do anything that she doesn't want to, it will always be the other way around, where she bends him to her will. Because that's the only type of story (the STRONG WOMAN) the modern AAA gaming and Hollywood knows.
the moment Thomas coughed blood on his face i was just "Yep, hes gone" ( i dont know how ppl didn't get that he was fucked at that moment ) and it was at the beginning of the game, the way he got worse and worse is just peak writing,
back in the day yeah i agree, but i m talking about nowadays ppl, a lot of my friends ( maybe i just have dumb friend ) were lost on how he got sick, like, do ppl dont go to school and learn about TB nowadays ?Because for one, all the wife said beforehand was that he wasn't well. She didn't specify any illness. And two, I'm going to go out on a limb and assume most people out there were unaware of ways tuberculosis could be spread.

Also, yeah his wife doesn't give up too much , but you can see that Thomas is weak, have some difficult to breath and its coughing blood, you just need to add 1+1 to figure it out.
"ahh but he is coughing blood cause Arthur beat him", c'mon, it was not that hard of a shake for the guy to be on such short breath that caused him to cough soo hard.
Also 2: you can already see Thomas on a short breath and coughing at the Salon fight way before going the Strauss mission
anyway game is peak writing, one of the best out there.
Arthur Morgan does contract tuberculosis from Thomas Downes in Red Dead Redemption 2. This occurs during the 'Money Lending and Other Sins III' event. Arthur's diagnosis is confirmed when he suffers a severe coughing fit in Saint Denis and Dr. Barnes diagnoses him with tuberculosis. Arthur's journal entries further affirm that he believes he contracted the disease from Downes.
