I shot people I like more for less.
Marketing for S7 is slowly starting to ramp up.

There should be more (vague) information about Season 7 coming soon, and I'll keep things updated here as best I can.

Great looking cover. Thanks for keeping us updated :)

As a way of hyping myself up for this I'm in the middle of rewatching it and getting my parents into it at the same time. It was a rough start but by the second half of season 2 they started loving it. I love seeing how they react to certain events. We watched 5.02 yesterday(first appearance of Butter Draper). I think we're right on schedule for season 7.

Also fuck Glen and I miss Faye :(

Pretty awesome cover.

Going to be sad seeing such an amazing show end, but I'm sure it'll be a great season. Kinda lame AMC is splitting it up, though. Another year of waiting for the finale is dumb.

That cover is super trash. Saturday Evening Post used to run the game in sweet ass illustrated covers, and they make that.

Anyways, can't wait to see this next season son.

We might have to make that xenist's new avatar in the tradition of the creepy Glen shot.

If the final season doesn't feature Glen as the key art, then this whole show has gone down in flames.

Well I find comfort in knowing that I will finally rid myself of this garbage channel after it's greatest show takes a bow

Really annoyed by this split. I'll make the most of it by rewatching the whole series in between

I dunno. I'm torn. On one hand, I would like to see it all on one run. But on the other, I like the fact that I'll have Mad Men in my life until 2015. I'm not sure if I'm ready to watch my favorite drama ever created to go away just yet.

bitch I'm taking calls.
Oh sweet, this won't start again til April. Gives me plenty of time to finish the shows I'm marathoning currently.

Yep and even then it will end halfway through and we'll have another 12 month wait just to see the second half. Lots of extra time!

fuck you AMC

But at least BB had 3 more episodes than a normal season. MM will have just one more which is just infuriating :/
Either that or maybe he'll be getting TWA as a new account.
Definitely a possibility, considering at that time TWA was a main competitor with Pan Am (which SCDP failed to get a few seasons back).

Either that or maybe he'll be getting TWA as a new account.

I'm confused as to how Don could get TWA as a new account since he was fired at the end of season 6?

Unless you think SC&P will hire Don back, since maybe his replacement won't be nearly as good? Either that or he'll work for another agency?

Relating to that I have another question.

If Don wanted to get a job at another advertising agency would they be able to find out why Don was let go, because if they could it seems it would be hard for him to get another job, but if they can't I'd have to imagine with his experience he could get another job easily.

I think he'll be back at SCDP, personally, with a non-leadership role.

But I could also see another agency scooping him up, trying to make their name even with "damaged goods" like Don.

Yeah Don being back at SCDP would be interesting, at least to see what kinds of conflicts arise between him and other characters now that they know a little bit about his past.

If Don does go back to SCDP, it just seems like it would be really awkward to work with these people after what happened, but then again, Don was fine with coming back the day after the Hershey's pitch so who knows?

I really doubt Don is coming back, and if he does, it won't be til after the first half of the season.

He totally got fired.

Can't wait for season 7, such a damn shame about the split.
