For the 1440p Gsync /120hz model you will need a high end machine to take full advantage of it. Talking at least 770 tier and more than likely a SLI setup.

For the 1080p Gsync monitors the GPU requirements aren't as demanding. Although I can't remember if Nvidia says you need a baseline family of cards (ex 600 series) to use Gsync.

It would. I run a single Titan @ 2560x1600 and get pretty much 60fps in everything. The 780ti overclocked is faster than mine. You'd still notice a big difference with the 1440p Gsync panel and that card coming from a standard 60hz monitor.

TitanFall NDA is up. Bunch of videos available to watch. Game looks pretty cool, but I'm still not sold on all the NPC characters in the match. Seems their only purpose is to make people like me who are bad at competitive FPS feel better about myself. Also, Smokey, seems like there is a pretty big graphical difference between XB1 and PC:

My 780 is ready. Now i just need my Asus Gysnc 1440P monitor so I can play this game at 120FPS.

Edit: XB1 version runs at 792P currently, going for 900P? Kinect ruined everything for Microsoft.

Have you guys watched the Evolve videos released yesterday? I'm slowly getting super pumped for that game. Going to call it now so I get all the glory later, game will be the surprise of the year. Though if it sucks I never made this statement! The 4 vs 1 asymmetrical concept seems amazing.

I remember Smokey made me play the AI and I super simmed it and lost it in like the last minute of the game. I would have beat real Smokey!

Well, if the rumor is correct, Destiny did scare away Halo 5 from releasing this holiday so I'm guessing the Sept 9 date will stick!

Destiny looks pretty boring. I might get it after a price drop or holiday sale.
Although, by then, everyone will be done playing it, so it may not be worth it.

When are we advancing to the regular season?

I'm headed out of the country Sunday at 2:30 PM, back Friday. I can take my PS4 with me since I'll be at an airbnb. I will be 6 hours ahead of EDT and 9 ahead of PDT. I've got Cowboys, Bucs, Bills, and Seahawks in the first 4 weeks. I'll make myself as available as I can my dear friends.
