Not officially, but probably some folks will sell theirs after the release if you are lucky and willing to pay the right price.

Hmmm now I'm torn over which version to get. I want to get the CE for the extra goodies (mainly the art book and vinyl) but the art book being "only 50 pages" makes me question it. I guess for an extra $70 (10 per item based on my math) it would be nice to have to go along with my Mafia 2 CE from years ago.

Hopefully someone will carry the PC version that offers discounts (Best Buy or Amazon) but if not then I'll just suck it up and get it ordered from local Gamestop I guess.

I like the Mafia games, but this is a good CE, not just a dumb statue/art book I will never look at.

Sorry to add to the Playboy sub-discussion, but Playboy, back in the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's had some great articles, and amazing interviews. On a serious note, look into buying The Playboy Book 50. A lot of history there.

He is going to be one of Lincoln's "sergeant", buddies he can give part of the cities to manage and receive bonuses in return. However, there are no information on how he will be integrated into the story. 2K already confirmed that the will present something connected to the end of Mafia 2 though...

I don't think the CE is available in the UK, which fucking sucks. The deluxe and standard only for us... The official site when you select the CE the UK isn't even available to preorder on the region list.
