The existing DLC costs 480 points for a bunch of measly table backgrounds, menu graphics and persona artwork.LocoMrPollock said:I'm gonna guess 400pts

Think again.
turnbuckle said:There's a new patch for this that I downloaded yesterday. Some things I noticed so far:
- You can't quit games, but you can concede.
- Used Put Away 4 times now, and it worked properly each time.
- No longer can see what colors your opponents are using before the game starts
- I don't believe Dread kills enchantments/artifacts anymore

turnbuckle said:Yup, it's definitely nice.
I've noticed a lot more use of the elf deck now that we can no longer see what our opponent is playing. They really need to have a lot more variety.
turnbuckle said:Hopefully this means we'll be getting DLC soon. The content included in it will determine if I ever play the game again or not though.
charlequin said:There's three new decks and a few new unlockable cards added to every deck already in the game, according to what they've said so far.
turnbuckle said:Hmm... Is there a website with updates on this?

That's about the best we got.
And yeah one of the 3 new decks is Tezzerets Black/Blue artifact deck.
Insaniac said:anybody every try playing persuasion on Razormane Masticore? I did it once and it locked up when my turn started and it gave me the option to shoot a creature.
Insaniac said:ugh so I played a blue mirror match ranked game and through meticulous use of counters I overcame my opponent, he conceded, but I did not get the damn spellslinger achievement, even though my opponent had it. Ugh.

Mr YuYu said:I would like to play a Two headed Giant game (for the achievement) but i can't seem to get it to work.
I got one account with live and three other account my friends made on my xbox.
I start the game with my gold account. (Mr YuYu) then the second player launches his account. But then i get some error stating that the second account isn't gold or something???
Am i doing something wrong or do I really need 2 gold accounts to play this??
Mr YuYu said:Anyone got an idea what i am doing wrong?
Thx in advance!
hm try the second account as just Guest.Mr YuYu said:Anyone got an idea what i am doing wrong?
Well, 24 new cards for the original decks. I'd assume the new decks have new cards as well.BattleMonkey said:So the DLC only adds 24 new cards? Seriously?
turnbuckle said:This is a good value, but adding 3 cards won't really help any deck much - especially since you still can't take out the stock cards. The red deck would be so much better if I could get rid of the ogres and elementals.
We also need to have the option to configure how much mana we put in a deck. The dragon deck is only ever really good in multiplayer games because mana is seemingly feast or famine. Mana, Mana, Mana, Rampant Growth, Annoying 3 cost elf that doesn't even put the mana in play, mana, mana.
And on and on.
The biggest issue I have with the game is that it relies even more on luck than strategy when compared to the card game. There are so many filler, shit cards in many of the decks that the whole time you're playing you're praying to get that 1 good card that can save you. The blue deck wouldn't need as many card drawing spells if it didn't allocate 6-7 worthless cards (the fliers that can't block on land). The 4 artifacts in every deck for generating life wouldn't need to be there if the rest of the deck was constructed better. etc etc
Tezzerett deck should be fun. They need to speed up the resolving of some abilities that don't really have a counter though, or 50% of the time will be spent waiting for Howling Mines / Racks & Underworld Dreams resolving. :lol
I'll quit complaining because despite these annoyances, the value of the package is really hard to beat.
I've done 22,000 w/ the elf deck before... it gets pretty ridiculous me and some friends were thinking about seeing how high you can get before the game crashes when we're bored someday. (2 headed Giant all 4 elf decks w/ all the coat of arms possible)Insaniac said:Yeah i was using the Teeth of the Predator deck, Verdant Force FTW. If only I could put Coat of Arms in it....
The elf deck I can imagine getting some ridiculous numbers.
3 decks maxed out now

Yeah... gotta say I'm pleasantly surprised at the pricepoint.LocoMrPollock said:Good thing you didn't take me up on the ban bet.
Dr. Kitty Muffins said:The best case scenraio I see with the red deck is that they give you three copies of a badass enchantment that speeds the deck up.
