Huge Nickleback Fan
Well, now that we're talking about non ero doujin, i think i'm going to do some impression on some of it. Maybe ori and fan doujin

How i stalked some dude with an exposed nipple and stumble upon zenithian sword

Original source: Dragon Quest V
Author: 2ch poster and Nikiichi Tobita
Synopsis: A retelling of dragon quest V story from Baki/ bonfire guy POV. It's a zero to hero story, with him starting out as a bonfire neet turn into a bonafide badass as he search for purple(DQV hero) papa. Full of metahumor and otaku joke. The art, while it look a bit rough, have a certain charm to it. The monster are drawn really good. The story are supposedly originated from 2ch, with the artist deciding to adapt it. You can find the whole thing on the artist Pixiv, Nikiichi Tobita

Tartarus Theatre

Original source: Persona 3
Author: YASOHACHI Ryou
Synopsis: A persona 3 4-koma parody, made by the author of Uwagaki (but seriously, you won't notice it was him based on art alone). The art are simple, with character drawn without face. The doujin focus on making fun of the game gameplay system. This one is actually become so popular that Atlus decide to turn it into official doujin.

"Let's destroy Shagohod"

Author: Hiimdaisy
Original source: Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Synopsis: Probably one of the most well known parody doujin in the west. It's funny, and the exaggerated expression really sold it. Dun dun dun dun Snake Eateeeer!
Too bad the artist decide to retire and delete all her doujin :(

Various Touhou and Kancolled doujin by Bomber Grape
he's the author of Danshi kokousei no nichijou and boy oh boy, his doujin is full of insane stuff and basically make you go WTF did i just read!? Most of them feature ecchi at acceptable level, so can't really be considered ero doujin...

Chibi Miku-san

Author: Minami
Source: vocaloid
Synopsis: A doujin based on vocaloid character. All around cute and can be read without any knowledge of Japanese language since there almost no dialogue in it. Seriously, this manga could give you a diabetes.

Unfortunately, if it's not scanned I'm going to have no idea it exists. Even if I wanted to buy doujinshi, I have no way of doing so since I can't order them online to my knowledge (though correct me if I'm wrong).

mandarake sells them online

even mentions if they are 18+ or not though they might not always get it right

Agreeing with DTL in more than one post?

must be sign of the end times :p

Seriously though thats true

and here are a few places of many (providing you understand japanese) you could check, but be warned they packed with the porn variety also so both could be showing NSFW stuff right now.

https://www.melonbooks.co.jp/

http://www.toranoana.jp/mailorder/cot/index.html

also maybe amazon japan? though that's just me projecting the english book arm (where someone can become a author and sell their book) on it

There is also the doujinshi database (name escapes me right now) which, if I'm not mistaken, has links to some places where the doujinshi can be bought from.

Depending on the scene there's a lot of non-porn doujins being translated to english too. Touhou usually gets more normal ones than porn ones.

Haly

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
Somehow, I'm skeptical if Shokugekis are even allowed under this system. It seems to go against the spirit of what Azami is saying. The Shokugeki must have more authority than he does in order for it to be valid, not impossible, but I don't think it'll be that easy.

You know, this development also contextualizes why Eizen was so interested in Mimisaka. I don't think it just because of his ability to tear down other chefs, but he must've been interested in the perfect trace. This makes sense, because if Mimisaka an trace a SSS tier cook like Tsukasa this would basically double the profits from Tsukasa's cooking. He's interested in an academy of tracers to maximize profits.

I think Kuga will also have a role to play because his Chinese RS employed the exact same method with all the students mimicking Kuga, but he was opposed to Azami for some reason.

Exciting stuff.

No way they will shut down PSD. I think Soma will get his first challenge with an Elite Ten member over this.

Soma 139

Either Fumio or Isshiki is going to prevent this from happening. Isshiki one of the 4 who didn't want this to happen.

I just funny this has become a battle between capitalism and communism where the one who wants a version of communism is based in the USA.

Soma 139

Even Azami's hand motions mimic Aizens! This manga is just his Bankai, confirmed

How does this Polar Star thing work if Isshiki lives there?

As Shinohara would say; don't underestimate the butlers ! Kinda hilarious that a plot non-entity offed two named and important characters. And in such a deranged way too.

Both Ihei and Kijima had potentially interesting things to show off to the viewers so I'm kinda surprised at them meeting the maker so fast. Not that I dislike it, it has been way to long since last, even slightly relevant CCG investigator got offed. (last and first I can think off is Mado) Even the sudden wave of arrivals introduced in the Anteiku arc went through it more or less unscathed, so this is a welcome change of pace. Though Kijima now seems more like a character shoved into the story only to make some superficial connection to the game.

Saiko's kagune is probably the most revolting one yet. It looks like a puking giant spine.

Pretty great chapter.

This famous sci-fi slice of life seinen is about the calm, relaxed life of Alpha, an humanoid robot that own a little cafe place. It promised comfiness, relaxedness, a easy-going style and mono no aware attitude and it delivered as hell in that regard.

The protagonist is incredibly charming in her relaxed, happy-going but innocent personality, and it will touch your heart easily. The other characters are also good, as here everyone is nice and the calm atmosphere of the entire setting permeates every person here.

One of the main pillars of the manga is the drawing, I don't think the author would have got the atmosphere and feelings he stirs up within it without this drawing. It's a mix of a simple style for characters, which underlines their gentleness, and a more detailed work that it may seem at first for the landscape. He is so good with the lush vegetation, with the lone roads, and playing with shadows, light and darkness, using great skill with the ink.

Of course, you better not think one minute of time in the logic of the setting, as it doesn't hold up any kind of scrutiny.
It's the story of the end of times, about human extinction, but it isn't very clear why there are so few humans and why they aren't reproducing more (it seems they are less and less are years go by), and even with all that they still get electricity, fuel, etc. Just... /handwaves oh look at this poignant scene done with the sunset on the background! ohh!
Don't misunderstand me, this isn't a true flaw of the story, and it's pretty clear it never intended to build a realistic or deep setting, the author uses it as a pure mood setter.

As good as it is, it actually goes a bit longer than it should. All the poignant scenes and themes and happy moments and moments of solitude could have done in say, 10 or 11 volumes, but it goes up to 14, and in the last volumes it shows a bit, as at that point you can notice a bit of repetition.

It's also a not very ambitious story. It's clearly a episodic SoL story from the beginning, but around the middle of it there are opportunities in the characters and in the plot that could have used to have a more intense character growth or expand the setting or spice up a bit more the story, but the author shows a headstrong intention into just doing his mono no aware thing where nothing happens, despite it's that very same author who does the teasing about what could have been.
In fact at times I supposed it was all going in a certain direction that would reveal itself near the end of the series, but nope.
Drama? Nope. For example it could have underlined more the theme of passage of time and Yuri's unique position in it (and the theme of humanity final fate) with the death of one of the two elders, in addition of adding a bit of drama in there for a pair of chapters, but even if a dozen of years pass in the manga it never happens. It could have finished with Alpha all alone in a abandoned place or having to leave the café forever or something like that, but it doesn't dares to go for the gut punch.
Romance? Nope, not for the protagonist, not for the other robots, not for the other humans. Well at the end Takahiro and Makki are together and have a child but it happens totally offscreen.
Origin story? Nope. The manga teases you about the backstory of the robot's creation and their function (like the disc they found about the first series, or how the doc was involved in their creation), and the meaning of the giant plane that also have a Alpha series robot in it and their mission, and how Alpha is strangely tuned for flying which I suspected it was related, but nothing.
And obviously nothing about the setting itself, the owner or whatever.
It does very well the episodic mono no aware thing, but I think it could have done that and in addition something even more meaningful and poignant, but it chooses not to.

And I'm done with ice cream for the rest of my life. IIRC other witches didn't appear to experience that much pain when they melted, but eh. Hatsuna's probably used to it by now anyway.

New Abe Youichi manga?

New Abe Youichi manga.

Dedededededededede

Really REALLY like how they handled Makoto. I was unsure about the two new characters but I think I was won over in a very short time.

Also with us knowing what the invaders look like now, a lot of shit is really really really awkward. Like...man that raises so many questions

Tomo chan wa Onnanoko! ch. 175-178
Misuzu's gonna murder Tanabe sooner or later. Not worth pursuing.

Nukoduke ch. 65-66
Those feels out of nowhere. God dammit

Do You Like Big Girls? ch. 20
After this I don't know whether to be impressed by Julia's athleticism & physique or terrified.

Still, rather awfully convenient that Souta and her are a long way from home. Big sis surely isn't jealous about this development whatsoever.

Angry Grimace

Two cannibals are eating a clown. One turns to the other and says "does something taste funny to you?"
I guess the Underground Student Council in Shokugeki is gonna be a thing lol

Assassination Classroom 160

3 straight Valentine's Day chapters does seem like a good way to wrap up romantic loose ends, I guess.

Kujira no Kora wa Sajou ni Utau 1-4

A boy works as an archivist on a moving island called "The Mud Whale", in which marked people can use magic through their emotions, but also have short lifespans. Unmarked people have longer lifespans and make up a small amount of the population, and the elders among them are the government leaders who know the history of the mud whale and more about the outside world. When the ship-island-thing comes across another island, the boy joins the expedition and finds a live girl, who's the only person he and anyone else on his ship-island has ever seen.

The world concept is a bit reminiscent of Gargantia, but rather than having a more technological contrast like Gargantia does, it remains fairly fantastical throughout. The art has a somewhat calming effect that works well with the melancholy feeling at the beginning of the series, but contrasts pretty starkly against the grim and violent turn the story later takes. I'd be interested in reading the rest of it, but it does seem like one of those series I'd forget I even read at all fairly quickly.

I hope this arc doesn't last very long but I know better by now that they will drag this trash for all it's worth.

Killing off half the cast would make for an easier read, so I'm okay with that.
Now gimme Kaneki already.

Assassination Classroom 160

I hope that's not a death flag there.
I could actually use another 1 or 2 romance chapters, I like most of the pairings in this manga. They are simple and cute.
