Kimi wa Akaboshi by Methonium (not even slightly Safe for Work LOL)
A Salary Man questioning his direction in life meets a woman who runs an Oden cart. They pour their hearts out to each other as many adults do. They go back to her place and one thing leads to another and they make love. The next morning the Salary Man decides he wants to go into business with her and a sweet, beautiful relationship blossoms.
Putting aside the excellent art, I just thought this was a great short story. A realistic premise, with adults behaving in realistic (if a bit idealistic) ways leading to a realistic outcome. When I say "make love" I actually mean it too and not just "have sex". Like this feels like it could have been the "how daddy met mommy" story for any real life family anywhere in the world (replace Oden cart with a bar or any other place people meet for non-Japan locales). I'll be honest, in-spite of how strong the art may be, way too much Japanese porn I've stumbled upon is creepy, rapey, "insert negative adjective here" for my tastes. To see such strong art coupled with a sweet story made me inclined to actually share this. I know a lot of people are fans of "lewd" in here and I think many will find something to enjoy with this doujin.

Assassination Classroom ~current chapter 149
Seems like I picked a good spot to get caught up on the series, sad I fell off the bandwagon as things have only gotten better and better. All the major twists were foreshadowed well and tbe characters have all grown in extremely compelling ways. Looking forward to seeing how the class is going to save Koro-Sensei, though it'd be a weird for a series about trying to kill your teacher to not end in them killing the teacher

/edit one of my favourite running gags is that any time akina actually tries to smile she fucks it up horribly, but if she just does it naturally she looks great. This mangaka is really good with faces.

That's probably me. She's my favourite female student. I like Tsunderes, I like Ojou-sama, and I like Erinas design. Or at least have them date a while. But its not that kind of book.

The third Vol definitely needed to be Seidou because he was a significant suprise to the story and most thought he was dead. So for him to get cover for himself was a good decision because he was significant to the auction arc. Plus he has never gotten a Vol to himself.
My bet is that we will eventually get a Yomo and Amon Vol cover later on. As for the 4th cover my guess is that it will be Kanae.

I'm trying to keep up, but man I have a lot of anime to watch. Plus it doesn't help that I have to finish reading JoJo and D-Gray Man as well. Hopefully I will be able to read the recent chapter tomorrow. I mean Haise and the Qs getting masks seems like a big thing, plus Re is one of my favorite currently ongoing series.
Don't worry once I finish reading the recent chapter I'll be back to reading the series weekly. I've been a bit busy.

Oh shit you're reading D-Gray Man, that's great to see. Anyway let's just say the series doesn't use any power of friendship or nakama powerup gimmicks that you usually see in Shonen. The series is full on suffering but the good kind like how Tokyo Ghoul for instance has a shit load of suffering. Also the author really knows how to create a dreary atmosphere that's full of lovecraftian influence.
I hope you enjoy reading it.
