I think it has the best art for any Samurai-related manga I read. Sense of proportion in the anatomy and ink brush galore, particularly in Kojiro arc. Story can be a little directionless after 200 chapters or so.

REAL, Slam Dunk and Vagabond by Inoue are all solid works.

A new work from Makoto Raiku? I love Gash Bell and Animal Kingdom was decent too.

He has all the tools to make the kind of Battle Shounen I like. The absurd sense of humour that doesn't take itself seriously but more importantly, he very skilled in drawing out emotions from his characters. Adrenaline and somber moments were really well done.
