This would be my guess. I'm kind of wondering what they're plans are for them. Dunn, Wolfgang, Bate, Seven, and Andrews are the only people they're actually doing anything with after the tournament. I wonder if they're hesitant on going forward with a show after 205 lives shaky start

The WWE UK stuff has one distinct advantage that 205 Live lacks. It wouldn't be with the main roster. The original plan was for it to be UK produced, meaning the crowd won't leave after Smackdown's finished.

I'm all for old guys putting young talent over, but this case in specific is an exception.

If Taker loses and don't retire, that will take A LOT from his last match, and if he Retires after Roman, there won't be Taker vs Cena.

So losing to Roman now will either take away from the final moment or will make something fans have been wanting to see not happen.

I wish they went Cena vs Taker and then Reigns vs Taker...

Personally I haven't given a fuck about Taker since he retired HBK, those HHH matches were solid B+ matches or what Bret Hart would call good but not great.

Then he had a great match with Punk but so what... Punk got nothing from it.

Lesnar match was great because I didn't give a shit so the ending was literally the greatest three count in WWE history.

And then he did nothing for Bray

And then he was an excuse for Shane to do a big stunt.

And i have zero need for Taker/Cena either... so fuck it is really my view at this match.

Taker can't go anymore... that's the reality so Reigns just destroying him would be the most entertaining thing I can think of.

Like I guess I just don't have the reverence for Taker... He was never my favorite so don't care really lol.

That said if they do keep him face whatever, I'm so beyond getting upset at Roman Reigns anymore, and I'll just enjoy the solid matches he puts on and the crowd shitting on him at every turn, it's entertaining.




Ha ha ha.... I kind want her to just go to Raw and beat all the horsewomen there and basically be female Roman Reigns... just to see how long having a cool finishers keeps the crowd from completely turning on her.... because that's all she has, a cool finisher.

Her biggest problem isn't even just that move. It's that most of our knowledge that Moon can wrestle is tell not show. We're simply TOLD she's a super good wrestler, but they don't ever put in her the ring with anyone who can work - she doesn't have any great matches in NXT to her name. There's no reason why Moon and Cross didn't get a full-fledged feud before they put Moon in the title picture; I mean, there IS, but its mostly a Cross feud that occurs after Moon is done with Asuka, I assume.

Because Vince and HHH are (correctly) assuming Zayn is a slow build. They *want* him to be Daniel Bryan, but you can't just magically turn into Daniel Bryan overnight in 2017 WWE because half of the company is undersized indie darlings like Daniel Bryan already.

The Raw women's divsion has a better chance of not being utterly broken, whereas on Smackdown she'd just so badly outclass everyone it could literally just wreck people like Bliss.

Smackdown is the land of characters over pure in ring skill

And Raw is much more in ring work over character (Charlotte being the only one who is really amazing at both)

Unless you completely neuter her in ring work she's going to easily expose the Smackdown women whereas there's a less chance of that on Raw.

I mean this isn't true either...

Bliss is the champ and has beaten Lynch multiple times.
You had Nattie and Nikki going at it and before that Carmella and Nikki
And who knows if Maryse makes a full time in ring comeback after Mania or not

We just had three women's programs there: Bliss/Naomi, Becky/Mickie and Nikki/Nattie

Smackdown still has a lot of untapped feuds with the roster they have... they don't really need the Goldberg of women's wrestlers there.

Unless we get a completely differently booked much more mortal Asuka.

They completely fucked up by not having her lose the title in the Fatal Four Way at TakeOver in January.. I mean I guess it'll be Ember Moon who beats her now but then you're just changing the face ut doing the exact booking only worse because Moon has no charisma and despite the language barrier Asuka oozes it.

Problem with that is they wanted Asuka to be a face. Having her mercilessly squash Bayley would probably run counter to that since Bayley was the face of NXT at that point. They should have had Bayley drop the title to a proper heel and then have Asuka squash said heel.
