Not really. I like it much better since we have bette sense of controls in the game depend on the situations.

I like 200cc too tho.

It's pretty tricky to get that final glide right with a heavy character on Dolphin, still possible though.

I jumped into WW not realizing that it still defaults to 150CC and the only thing I could think was "Oh god, what is this fresh hell -_-"

It probably didn't help that the track in question was Toad's turnpike LOL
