Use Green Shell, get Red Shelled. Use Red Shell, get Red Shelled and Green Shelled. Also, whoever held onto that star until I passed them on Toad Harbor? I'll remember that.

Frantic is somehow even more annoying than the regular item setting. Someone always gets a Red Shell after you use your item.
