Oh man, picked this game up at a midnight release and played until about 2:00am. Had to wake up at 6:30 for work and now I'm really tired. But it was worth it, even after all the hype, this game is so much fun!

I actually did pretty good playing some ranked games last night. But I'm sure once others figure out how to play the game I'll have constant losing streaks just like I do in SSFIV.

What does a Sparda LDK costume for Dante have to do with that? Vergil is still a character that has tons of potential in versus style that will inject his own style into the game and will show up Wesker as the true teleporting god. He NEEDS to be in this, just to make a "round" 3 characters from DMC. That's like saying "Well Wesker's alt has blue jacket that looks like Vergil... guess we don't need him anymore!"

And yeah I expect STARS costume for Jill as well as RAD SPENCER.

Glass cannon to the extreme. She is best kept as your last character with X Factor in tact and in a team that doesn't hog too much meter. When she gets in make sure you have 5 meters as that means when you die you will get Dark Phoenix which is really, really powerful if used correctly.

Dark Phoenix is probably the best character in the game but she continuously loses health (rectified by having her shield up) and takes damage like wet paper. With X Factor she goes from S tier to GOD tier with high damage and high speed. She can possibly take out an entire team single-handedly under the right circumstances.

She needs a team built around her but she has high level potential. I just don't recommend her as a starter.

Pretty much. And a poorly timed assist from Phoenix and she could easily get caught up in a combo and die fairly quickly.

I think most people will save her for last hoping to do some Dark Phoenix action like in the video.

I played 10 matches last night on PSN, 8 of them ran pretty smoothly, 2 had some lag. But all were a lot better for me than some of the SFIV matches I've played.
