Arcade mode is the only mode in T7 that SFV doesn't have an equivalent to (yet).compared to netherrealms games...maybe, compared to capcom games? My oven has more modes and features than Capcom recent fighters' outings.

Well not in the same mechanics as she was in Marvel 3 at least. They would have to rework the resurrection mechanic.

Jeez, is that really it? We really do need to see some new characters, or 1st to 3D characters like Venom.
She worked in a 3v3 type game because A) You had snapbacks to snap her in. B) You had two meatshields to get through her. C) You didn't have to use her as an assist. D) Meter gain was high enough for her to be a viable pick.
In this game, playing Phoenix on your team is just putting yourself on an even bigger handicap. It's bad enough playing with one less assist, imagine having to not be able to use Tag mechanics freely because of fear of happy birthday on Phoenix. Not to mention that meter gain is much lower and only goes up to 4. And there is no XF either which is really what made Phoenix extremely powerful, her Dark Phoenix self is just a top tier character (that can be controlled, chipped and defended against) but Dark Phoenix plus XF is the real win condition.
My point is that Phoenix in Marvel 3 was made with Marvel 3 mechanics in mind. Copy/pasting her in would be a disaster, they would have to rework her mechanics.

We know that there's more modes than that: Story, Arcade, Versus, Training, Mission, Online and Collection. This was in the early materials, specifically because of the SFV issues.
We also know of 8 stages and there will be more. We know that characters have more than two colours. We know of at least 30 characters.

Right now we are at 26 characters and it's not including any dlc characters yet. If you still insists to take two characters away then that would be 24. That's still even more than what you listed.
So, who is on this 20 character launch roster? Man, it sucks that we gained 4 characters but somehow lost 7 from SDCC![]()

It's not meant to make SFV good, it's meant to really show how much I disliked T7.you are entitled to your opinion but that's some olympic level mental gymnastic to make SFV looks good if i ever sees one..

Each thing one of us gets wrong, the bet is extended 1 month (so if I get 2 right and you get 1 right, then you have wear avatar for 1 month versus if I get 3 right and you get 1 right, then you wear for 2 months).
I am not going to take the one for characters because the game already has more than 20 characters.
Here's what I am betting on:
*On the modes that you listed, I bet we will have at least one more mode than the ones you listed.
*On the number of stages, I bet we will have more than 7 stages in the game.
*On the number of alts/colors/skins, I bet we will have more than 2 (original and mirror alt) colors per character.
*Online lobby will be more in depth or better than SFV's.
