You got Moxie, kid!
I'm looking to buy a pencil case. I would probably be carrying 5 or so pencils tops, but would like room for leads and erasers as well. Any recommendations?

Here are some places I go to for cases:

Coolpencilcases - a great place for ridiculous Japanese pencil cases. They have some nice practical ones, too, but who wants those???

Nockco - hand-sewn nylon cases. I have two and I love them both. Very sturdy! The Fodderstock XL is nice for carrying a pen and pocket notebook in your pocket, while the Hightower is a great case for 3-6 pens/pencils and some pocket notebooks.

Jetpens has some nice cases, of course! The Kokuyo Neo Critz Transformer is a favorite.

I just picked up a new Rhodia case, because I love all things Rhodia. It's my new favorite case. The amazon listing says it is imitation leather, but the tag says it is sheep leather. It's soft and wonderful.

I use a pentel graphgear 500 for drawing. It's super cheap. It has a perfect weight on the
drawing/writing end when you hold it loosely at the opposite end. I took the clip off, too

Should I get a drafting pencil to supplement my Pentel Sharp Kerry? And if I do, what would people recommend? I'm willing to pay up to $15 maybe

I would recommend any of these depending on your needs. http://www.jetpens.com/Kokuyo-Pencil-Cases/ct/2929

We have one of most of these and I use the Will one myself everyday. It is a bit small but it holds three pens an eraser and some refills and fits in to everything.

The C2 and Neo krutz are bigger but and the Neo can also be used as a stand too by folding the top.

But these are only if you don't like hard cases like me.

I use this as my main travel and at home case. Iv been using thing thing since 2009. It holds all my go-to pencils, pens, erasers, leads, markers and other random things.
Its fits anywhere and I find it essential to my workflow.

I've been using these too. I really like the Graph Gear 500. Had a 1000 awhile ago but the pipe retraction mechanism broke. That was sad.

This year I've been doing daily drawings since Jan 1 and posting them to my art blog to practice and get better.

Much of my work earlier in the year was on an iPad Pro, but recently I've been just doing quick life drawings in a moleskine when I go to coffee shops every morning. Almost always using a Graph Gear 500. :D
