It's a joke from the Telegrams, apparently Rajang loves Whoppers. I included it as a joke title but now I can't tell if people want that title for real lol
Iwas going to sign up for that telegram thing, but they want your phone number or address, i can't remember which, and i wasn't comfortable with that.
i am part of tele and i didn't know this. a lot goes on in tele. like a novela, if you miss one episode you are screwed, and everyone will tell you a different story.

Well I don't believe for a second it's Kojima, at least not in an overt way. Some cutscenes are shot as though the camera man is a jeep passenger, helicopter passenger etc so i dunno. I expect it's the Medic.
