Day One edition. I'm going into gaming now to ask the question again.
There been shit loads of them, I don't think they can meet the demand. This games hype is unbelievable, everybody everywhere is talking about it. Amazon UK don't charge your card until they dispatch your copy so go and spend the money elsewhere quickly.

I'm thinking about cancelling it and just getting it Tuesday morning at my nearest Tesco. The game was literally dispatched two hours ago and now it's apparently delayed

They haven't charged me yet, as far as I know, but the second I found out they have I'll be straight onto customer support.

Has there ever been a game series with as fervent of fans as Metal Gear Solid? I mean, I know there are games respected as such, but with a rabid fanbase like this?
Thinking in that scope really makes it feel like the end of an era. No series has the narrative history like this out there. Hell, even all that time later when the series relaunched it still considered its MSX games canonical. I wonder what comes next... because MGS is the only thing like MGS.

Ground Zeroes question: I've earned every trophy and extracted every key character, but I'm still at 82%. Do I need to S-rank every mission on both difficulties? Do I need to complete all trials rather than just unlock them?
Unrelated: Thanks to a ridiculous school schedule (max number of courses), work, and three student orgs I run, I will probably only get to play on weekends. At first I was pretty salty about that, then I remembered doing this much crap is a big part of why I got to intern at PlayStation. That took the sting out of it a bit.

this was posted in another thread, the big CE is japan exclusive for whatever reasons and comes with a big arm that can even hold your controller!
You need to find all cassette tapes, XOF badges, S rank on both Normal and Hard difficulty on all missions and do the trials. The only trial you don't need to do is the Intel Operative Rescue mission.
So the one on the right is the JP one? the rest of the world one looks wimpy.

I don't know, I mean GTAForums were kinda crazy back in the day but I feel like us MG fans generate more hype on place like this.
One thing I will say was crazy was Queuing up at Tesco with my mates for GTAV in 2013 from 7pm until 12am, what started as a group of five quickly turned into 900+ all queuing, everyone discussing the game and sharing round the guide that Tesco had handed out. Funny thing was Tesco only had 400 copies lmao.

Thanks! I Googled a bit, but for some reason everything I came across was very obviously inaccurate. Usually just lists of clutch extractions and tape locations.

What time did you get the email? I've had nothing yet so my hope is they were all despatched today but there's a delay in system updates or whatever.
Edit: Got my email 3 mins ago, so that seems to support emails being delayed... Unless they're working super late.
