On both my Xbox and ps4 I got DD as soon as I entered free roam for the first time. I think it's scripted maybe.Agreed didn't want to get off to goto bed last night, even then it took over an hour to fall asleep because I was running scenarios in my head about how to S-Rank things.
So many ways to approach missions its nuts and I found DD the second I landed in freeroam, started smiling when I heard his little yelp
Anyone else get lucky with DD?

Got the game 12 hours ago but couldn't play due to exhaustion but now I'm finally free to witness Phantom Pain for myself. Before I do that, I have to say it's been an honor serving with you all here in the community so far, Outer-gaf has been very welcoming and it's hard to find a place like that anywhere. I hope to continue posting here till I get FoxBan, and even then I'll still keep lurking.

Finally I've got it! Also got my free copy of GZ and suprisingly found some DLC code in the box

Wow that's quick. Well done.
I didn't finish it 100%. I still have the vehicle extra ops uncompleted. I still loved the game. Boss fights except ZEKE sucked tho.

LOL! i dropped a cardboard box on top of D Horse.. and he just flopped on his side. I laughed... then i got worried as he didn't move... went to see if he was alright then Horsey got up. I breathed again.

So when can I start the FOB stuff? I just got to the part where I can start expanding MB but nothing about FOBs yet.
EDIT: Also doesn't this game autosave? Every time I go back to title screen and go back to the game I'm not at where I left off and some progress gets lost. Anyone know anything about this?

WHY IS THE COMPANION APP NOT SUPPORTED ON iPhone5?
I updated my phone from iOS7 to 8.4.1 because it said I had to and now it says the iPhone 5 hardware is not supported.
I updated for no reason. Wish it would have told me the hardware wasn't supported first so I didn't go to iOS 8

The box is a super powerful stun, I knocked out a boss with it by pure accident because I needed more ammo and the second it happened I was grinning from ear to ear. I now use it as a sniper rifle essentially since I don't have a silenced ZZZ/STN rifle for those long range takedowns (and because its awesome).
Still got 13 hours until my PC version is downloaded, hows it running for everyone?
Also I noticed that the menus on the PS4 version take ages to load (probably my shit connection) when connected to the internet but once I disconnect it loads in 2 seconds flat, who thought it was a smart idea to tie fricken menus to a internet connection?

I have not played the game on PS4... its all installed, but i do figure if its connected to the server it might take longer to communicate depending on the bandwith and also how many people are bombarding the server.
On PC, the game runs smooth as butter. Running it here at 4k. with everything on ultra and its just mesmerizing. Don't know how i will go to PS4. My eyes might bleed.

yep. you are right. it is a blu ray. i just checked. and this is also not the same as the MGS Legacy video from Steam.
the CE warns about spoilers. I don't see anything about spoilers in this legacy video on steam. i'll check it out.

Supposedly retailers will be emailing people codes for the rewards, but I haven't received anything yet.
Lots of people upset about this... they are rating the CE medium to bad. Don't blame them. This is supposed to carry teh codes, or tehy should tell you beforehand that they will be emailing them.
I have no way of contacting Amazon lol.. they have very poor customer service. So i dunno what will happen

so i turn the game off for the first time in about 16hrs noticed all the daily login stuff when i started the game back up again worrys me a little reminds me of a f2p game
