Just completed it, what the hell was that about?

I have so many problems with the game, but the ending? Wtf? Absolutely nothing was explained. Some missiles went off and hit a small area, and suddenly the entire world was saved?

I've obviously missed a key point whereby destroying something in that area results in the entire species being wiped out or something. Very underwhelmed right now!

I loved this game.So oppressive atmosphere,like few games have achieved.

Since Stalker is dead and gone, good post-apocalyptic shooters are becoming almost extinct.Let's hope that changes in the next few years

Just finished the game.

Felt like I really never knew what I had done of what the Dark Ones were, so I Googled it.

Boy do I feel like an asshole now.
