It's not like the most popular gaming series in existence is not glorifying violence, so I don't get your outrage. Net loss to society is much higher from crime than from few Mexicans crossing the border illegally to get shit job on a California farm. Before you start to get outraged - obligatory mention IRS has no issue taking tax money from illegals.
There is a case to be made for those games too. If those games were being made with the intent of increasing violence irl, and especially if they were actually having that effect, I would take the same position that it would be preferable if they did not exist.
In this case there is no doubt in my mind that it is the specific intent of the developer to defend and ultimately perpetuate illegal immigration irl. The game exists as a vehicle to push that message, for that purpose. They have a right to make it and it is right that they have a right to make it; it would still be preferable that they did not.
It is right that illegal immigrants are taxed where possible. They should be taxed at 100% and the money should be put toward their swift removal from the country.
