What do you guys think the 360 is gonna get??

My bet is a 10 min segment, Xbox 360 mini, $99, Fable 1 HD Remake, that Kinect Fantasia game, possibly PGR5 or another surprise and the OS overhaul coming in a few months demo'd (briefly).

Kinect Fantasia already confirmed not to be at their presser.
Xbox 360 mini - didn't this get scrapped?
Fable 1 HD Remake - Most likely, unless today's announcement will suffice for them. Maybe just mention it briefly coming this holiday.
OS overhaul - If true, yes, most likely.

I don't see them spending much time on the 360, but since they still want to assure people it will be a viable system for the next while they will have to spend some time on it...maybe 15-20 minutes of the 90.

Yes it is. It's also coming to Xbox 360. It's also not part of the 15 exclusives as it isn't first party published...Disney is publishing it, it has nothing to do with MS Studios.

MS always tease thier major holiday IP 18 months in advance, so whatever thier big game is for next Sept -November will get a tease IMO.

Halo 5 will most likely get a next holiday teaser

I was under the impression not all of the 15 games would be shown? I thought it was just there will be 15 within the first year. If they are all be shown that is pretty cool though.

They said at the reveal that they will show 15 exclusives at E3. Maybe some games will have teasers.

I believe you are correct. I don't think we will see 15 exclusives at E3 we might see 6-8 and some multiplats.

I don't see that happening. I see them showing it quickly like they did the slim at the end and annoucing the price. OS change just will be an update they will discuss quickly

well if they're all due within the first year they will show most of them at E3 and the rest at places like TGS/VGA's

I hold out in desperation hope that they put CoD in the middle and start by dropping a few bombs.

They'll almost certainly be saving games for Gamescom and TGS.

They have far too many first party games to show off in the time, if you consider all the third party megatons going off left and right.

It makes sense to have MS Osaka's game(s) and Lost Odyssey 2 at TGS and maybe Lionhead and London Studios/Twisted Pixel/etc at Gamescom.

But I think there will be a focus on games, just not necessarily all the type of games we're expecting. Some Smartglass inclusion, some 360 stuff and then the Kinect stuff.

But I suspect a fair bit of it, will still be XBLA and core retail titles. Hopefully over half.

The only thing I disagree with is 0-10. I feel like Battlefiled 4 will be in that spot instead. I know it seems kinda weird that they would showcase both COD and Battlefield, but EA has been rumored to not be showing up at Sony's conference, and since they already showed COD at the reveal, I see MS electing to show BF instead.
