A quick question to those who've used it: Is it possible to set up multiple accounts on Miitomo? Or at least being able to publish to multiple social media accounts on the same service? A co-worker brought forth the idea of publishing Miitomo related tweets to one particular Twitter account. Or the possibility of making one Miitomo account we can all access, using that one Mii to represent the company.

You can add them as friends if you're friends on twitter (follow each other), friends on facebook or are next to them in real life. The last option requires both of you to press a symbol in Miitomo at the same time.
I think if you link your Miitomo app to a Nintendo account you can access the same character on multiple devices. But I don't think it's easily possible to play multiple character on one device. Haven't fully confirmed this yet though. I don't think one Mii for multiple people makes much sense anyway, as the questions being asked are mostly personal so each person would have a different answer. Same with Mii clothing, personality, etc. It's all very individual.

OK thanks. One last question, can you link both Twitter and Facebook? Will people I add through Facebook then be able to see my Twitter name or vice versa?
You can link both at the same time. If you follow someone new on Twitter or add a new friend on Facebook, you need to update it in Miitomo before being able to add them there (takes only like one or two clicks). They cannot see your Twitter or Facebook. All they can see is your Miitomo name, profile and your friends list. The profile only shows things like your in-app levels for popularity and style, personality and such things. No private information. Showing your friend list to others can be disabled.

Makes sense. Hopefully, our group can at least link our individual Miitomo messages and pics and stuff to one Twitter account.
Last question, to anyone that can answer: Can this be used on a tablet as well? Or phones only? If a specific is needed, me and a couple others are rocking the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. But one of us is unfortunately stuck with a very old phone at the moment.

I think if your tablet isn't supported you can still try sideloading the apk and it often will work. The game is made for smartphones though, so it may look a bit stretched. It's what I read at least, haven't tried it on my tablet so far.

So with Apple usually updating the app store at around 5-6pm german time I guess thats when we will get Miitomo in Germany

If you add friends to Miitomo through Twitter, do they have to stay friends on Twitter or do they "transfer" across.
Only asking because I'm not a fan of having my Twitter feed filled with all you guys on the Miitomo Twitter list.

They do stay.
Though I will say, you're going to get a lot more out of this app if you limit it to people you actually know. Adding a hundred random people just creates meaningless noise.

If anybody gets repeated errors like I just did, don't panic like I just did.
Going to (phone) settings and deleting the cache will launch the app.
There was a lengthy loading process though but all data intact...
It seems this was the focus initially (to restrict the app to personal friends) but now the focus of the app seems to be moving away from that, what which having a 1,000 friend limit and now being to add friends-of-friends i.e strangers. Having things like global questions now too are moving this app away from being personal and into a more open, widespread free-for-all.
Maybe Nintendo initially underestimated this apps reach...?

I did too. Post update to 1.1 I was able to change my country to the U.S. and link my Nintendo Account.

Yeah, you're correct. I can switch now too.
I don't think it was connected to the update though, just something on the servers was updated since I did check it as soon as I updated earlier.

Just saw that I didn't need the update to change region. Oh well.
Just sideloaded the update, will change the region now, link my Nintendo Account to back up and when it gets officially released tomorrow I'll delete the app and install it through the play store!
Unless someone knows that I don't have to delete it? I just want to receive updates through the play store from now on without having to keep sideloading.

I've put a few hours into the Japanese version but haven't added any friends. Is there any way to do that if you're not on Facebook/Twitter or in the same room? I don't use either service and have some friends who are in the same boat but we don't live geographically close.
I thought about this. Maybe we should have a set of GAF coordinates people can spoof to.
After the new update you should be able to add the friends of your friends within the app. This may be a way for all of you to connect.
The only other option I see is to create a Twitter account just for this game. Plenty of people here have already done it and it only takes a few seconds anyway.

I'm going to be pretty salty if they just let those of you who side-loaded just update a few things and be done with it. What was the reason for this delay if that's the case? Literally the same game
The My Nintendo backend, probably, and a "need" to stagger the release to avoid connection problems on day on.

Having fun with it on my Note 4. Works great and runs smooth as butter.
Kind of sucks you cannot add people via Google + since that is my social media venue of choice (No Facebook and only use Twitter for RSS alternative really) and I figured since you could link your Nintendo account to it that it would have been an option in the game itself for such a thing. :/
That said, I figure the QR code option will work fine and I'm good with that, although I don't know how that would affect the social aspects of it. Right now I am just trying to get my friends in on this. heh I have a feeling I may need to rely on Twitter though unfortunately.

There's a list with Miitomo users out there. (In OP I think) Just follow everyone on it and wait for them to follow you back. Then you can add them on the game. No idea if all those guys are still actually playing the game though.

So, I just added everyone in the GAF twitter list and currently side loading an APK now. If someone could add me to that GAF twitter list (eisnerguy1), that'd be awesome.

Yeah it looks like that's all I had to do. Nintendo account is now linked and region is changed and I'm updated to 1.1.0 and I sideloaded 2 weeks ago.
My concern was not being able to link account, thus losing data but that concern is gone now.
Delay was most likely predetermined marketing plans and MyNintendo launch. Today is the first day NoA is actually promoting this.

It'd be spoofing GPS. I think mock locations are easier to do on Android over iOS + it'd have to be within a time people can do it. It's not a great idea >_<. Probably easier to just make an extra Twitter account.
