What is the "1/2" and stuff beside heart and comment when viewing answers? It takes you to a page for "All answers" but I don't know what exactly shows there and what the numbers even mean.

Also did anyone figure out how to remove 'Suggested Friends' from the 'add friends' list? I followed (and was followed by) a bunch of you on twitter but no one shows up in my add friends list other than people with mutual friends.

I think that's the number of answers to this question you've seen. 1/2 would mean two of your friends have answered it and you've seen the answer from one of them.

I didn't expect them to keep the name Miitomo for the US...

Is there a reason for that? Why not call it FriendMii or WithMii or whatever?

Miis are a brand.
Tomodachi Life is a brand.

Miitomo, combines Mii and Tomodachi. It's a much more direct term in Japanese where they actually use the word tomodachi where here it's just a brand name.

The first number is the number of friends (including you) that you've heard the answer for that same question from, the second number is number of friends that have answered that question. I believe clicking on the little Miiple icon above it takes you to a list where you can use candy to buy the answers.

So, if you see 1/2, that means you have a friend who answered that same question, but you only "know" one answer to it (yours).

Nobody comments. I spent an hour hitting hearts and comments today, and still missed out on the Platinum Coins for 5 people commenting on my answers. Le sigh.

My older answers are still active and are bringing in the hearts and comments but all answers from the past 2 days are untouched. It doesn't seem like anybody's heard them at all...
I think it's a combination of people being preoccupied currently with just adding friends and also my Mii only volunteering the more popular answers when visiting somebody else.
I'm curious whether question sharing is completely random or if it does follow some sort of order...?

I had to turn off all notifications for the same reason. I wish there was a "vibration only" option.

Is it possible to switch the linked Facebook account to another one? I tried removing and relinking but it automatically links to the very first Facebook account that I used.

EDIT: Solved it. Went to Facebook, manually deleted the linked Miitomo app there, manually closed the Miitomo app on my phone, and linked the new account.

Would make sense - many mobile apps do rewards for logging in each day in a row to maintain loyalty and usage.

I did not realize that. So I guess the real question is why they left Tomodachi untranslated in the first place .

For someone that doesn't use neither Facebook nor Twitter, this app has little use. I think Nintendo should allow you to register friends that have the application through their phone number or with a friend code or something. But I get this is a social app and it's basically made to be used along other social media.

Going through the add friends tab and blocking mutual friend suggestions to add twitter friends is...hell itself. I'm down to those with 11 from those with 60+.

My blocked list must be a graveyard of hundreds of GAF users at this point. And I'll have to go back through later and unblock them all...

The loading times are very frequent and long, I haven't had crashes though.

My friends list keeps not loading

There's something wrong with my miitomo. I can't buy coins. Once I click on them, it says "purchase completed" it won't even ask fory credentials and the coins are not adding. Nope, I'm not being charge either.
