Angels falling apart! Weaver is either in a lot of pain or he's just being a pouty bitch. Maybe both.

Thanks for nothing you shitty Mariners pitchers.
They should just start Felix every game.
What happened to da Weav? Now he is on track for even less IP this season. No CY for him!

David Price for Cy Young.Weaver gave up a career high 9 earned runs in 3 innings without getting an out in the 4th. His ERA went from a league best 2.22 to 2.74.

Juan Francisco's numbers have been sickeningly good since the team told him to get his ass in shape.
David Price for Cy Young.

With another poor performance tonight, Johan Santana became the first starting pitcher in Mets history to give up at least 6 earned runs in 5 straight starts.
Santana is the first pitcher to do this since Mike Hampton did it in 5 straight starts for the Rockies in 2001-2002.
David Price for Cy Young.
So basically, the Braves need to win all of their next 5 ganes to have a good shot at the division.
The Cardinals have such an inconsistent offense. Best offense in the league, my ass.
To be fair, McDonald was one of the most dominant pitchers in the league before going on a massive shit streak.
I'm not basing it on just one game though. To be fair, McDonald was one of the most dominant pitchers in the league before going on a massive shit streak.
lol @ the dodgers bringing in a RHP to face Francisco.
Mariners 19-11 since the ASB.
I wouldn't be surprised. Batters are OPSing .859 against him post AS break. And guess who starts the third game of the series? The guy coming off the DL with shoulder issues and will probably return there for season ending surgery after a start or two.Pirates better shit on Lynn tomorrow.

I meant for the Dodgers (League and Wright).Combined to blow it. League has been unbelievably awful.

When I was in Florida in June, I went to Zuleta's Indoor Batting Cages for "fun". Most pro batting cages I've ever seen. They do 10$ for 10 minutes of pitching in the cage, and in that time the machine throws 94 pitches. After about 60 pitches I couldn't grip the bad with my left hand and could only use it to to lead the bat through my swing. After I took off my batting gloves I saw that I'd opened up 6 blisters on my left hand, the biggest one at the base of my index finger, about the size of my thumb nail.Yeah, I'm awful, I've only gone once or twice ever. I stood behind my friend's dad once, who played some minor league ball, while he took some 85 mph pitches and I was just in awe.
