hopefully it would suck if we were swept out of first again, hopefully we can do the sweeping this time open up a nice lead and a little breathing room. Worst case we need to win at least 1 as that will make it so they only gain a game in the 3 game series coming up.
The way both teams are playing though, there is a good chance the sept 10th-13th 4 game series will decide the winner as if either team can take 3 or 4 of the games they will likely have the momentum to finish off the season and take first.
That being said though the sox are currently in front of the wild card teams, and the tigers aren't far behind, so it's not impossible for one of the wild card teams to come from the central. At the very least I hope it's an exciting last month... and if it isn't it's because the tigers fell apart

Well apparently the Astros just tied their record from the same point last year and I remember a post saying they had to go like .150 to tie their previous record from last season by seasons end.
