I'll give him a few more starts because at least he hasn't lost velocity. He's just not pitching strikes.

The answer would be no. If he had gotten out of the 5th inning with the game tied....I probably would have said that was a quality game. Barry Zito is pretty much bullpen ace at this point, assuming Matt Cain doesn't turn things around. That's sorta scary.
