It's really funny just how much Kudelia's role has been reduced in the second season. Like, it almost feels like she's still present because the writers feel obligated to keep the character around after devoting so much time to her in the first season.

It wasn't really out of nowhere. IBO has never particularly had any form of subtlety up until now (I blame Okada but meh).
As soon as she got a backstory shown, everyone should have known what time it was.

Had his brother ripped from his hands, treated like shit by CGS, gets his freedom, and then has his reunion with his brother cut short. Literally sees his brother crushed before him. Takes on his brother's fellow 'space debris' as family, has to bury the one he was closest to, and then is denied his vengeance because Galan Mossa hit self destruct. Then he finds love and affection for the first time in Laffter. Then she is cruelly ripped from his grasp as well.
Akihiro has been through enough shit, it's time for Akihiro "Never Skipped Leg Day" Altland to get some goddamn payback!
It was early in Season 1, IIRC it was when Orga & Co took over CGS and sent bloke whose name I can't remember back to Gjallahorn.

Yet again, people are going to continue to overlook every atrocity Tekkadan has committed and enable them to enact their own sense of justice, that they are above the law and are allowed to do as they please.
They already murdered enough people and the idea that it is okay to enable this kind of temper tantrum and murderous behavior spree just because they didn't get what they wanted is quite gross.
Just because they went through "some shit" doesn't give them any right to their actions and behaviors. Tekkadan is just as guilty if not more so and to glorify their actions is to desecrate the lives that were given for them.
Tekkadan and those who enabled their rise to power should be tried for their crimes.
Mika, Orga, Akihiro, nor the rest of those children have the privilege to enact their twisted sense of justice onto other people.
Peace will only come about when these Private Military Companies are dismantled and regulations and deterrents brought back to keep people in check.
Don't fall for these overt cuts of propaganda and remember what Gundam truly stood for.
Vidar and Gaelio will bring about a new era of peace. One without child soldiers and armed economic sectors. A voice of reason amongst this endless and unnecessary violence.
Take a minute to calm down and remind yourself that this is not normal. That Tekkadan is propaganda that tarnishes the Gundam name.

Being Akihiro is suffering. I was in legit shock when they killed Lafter, and my god Azee's roar is haunting. The whole episode up to Akihiro and Lafter's talk was lack luster but oh man I was not expecting this and I'm good at picking up death flags. A surge of feels hit me when the ED song started, it's too damn sad sounding! Oh man if Akihiro is mad, Azee must be in pure berserk rage, she better comeback next week to unleash her revenge, it can not be any other way.
Oh and ChocoChar is hilarious, his reputation transcends timelines and universes, come one now Sunrise. Also Atra's skit was funny until the whole change in tone part.

They're pulled the backstory-death trope way too many times for my liking in this show.
At some point, it just ends up feeling like a cheap way of the writer saying "PLEASE CARE ABOUT THIS CHARACTER" when they die.
Lol. That reminds me, he's done almost nothing since his introduction (a dozen episodes or so now?). I think he's had one fight with a couple of grunts and that was probably just to push gundam kit sales.

There are no good guys in Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans. It's all various shades of grey. Except Gali Gali to a degree, but even his hands aren't clean. They're just cleaner than a lot of the other important characters in the show.
I'm still half thinking that Charcolate Man and Tekkadan won't get the ending they are after. I think nobody winning will be the type of ending we see in Gundam IBO.
