Hope this hasn't been asked before, but is anyone buying a LAN Adapter just for this game? I have a pretty good wireless connection, but the last thing I want to happen is a DC during a big quest. Is the official Nintendo adapter the way to go? Or do the third party adapters work just as well?

My bundle just shipped from Gamestop today. Should have by the end of the week or Monday at the latest. I usually don't order online from Gamestop, but the bundle with pre-order bonuses for $47 plus tax is too good to pass up.

This is more of a Wii Speak question than a MH3 question, I suppose, but hopefully those here can help.
I currently have neither Wii Speak or a USB keyboard, and would like to be able to communicate with others, obviously. The issue is, I live with 3 other people and our Wii is in the living room where we tend to all hang out, so Wii Speak might be kind of a pain in the ass since it'll pick up all of my roommate's chatter all the the time, right? I'm thinking a USB keyboard might be my best option. I know some were mentioned earlier in this thread, but the wireless ones are more expensive than I really want to spend (seem to all be ~$30).
Are there any USB wired keyboards with cords that are ~15 feet or more? I'm having trouble locating any, and may have to resort to a wireless keyboard.

EDIT: Yeah Wiispeak will most likely pick up anything in your living room/playing area. Its pretty clear too, but i'm not sure if its always on when playing MH3.
Also anyone who wants to be an officer should probably send a message. Have it set so anyone can add announcements/events/messages.

I got so lucky with Amazon. They took down the MH3 bundle once but luckily it came back up once and I placed my order before they took it off again.

Can I start with the Switch Axe? I heard there was a transitional thing with the game where you start out with certain weapons then move on to the more complicated ones. If not I'll probably focus on Switch Axe as my primary and SnS for my secondary choice if I need to be more defensive.

Composite is definitely not as sharp and clear but not being as sharp makes things look less jaggie.
