My pick is:

Sold terribly. In my opinion, the best graphics this generation, and my favorite racer of all time. Online play is fun as hell. Every Xbox owner should have bought this game.

Second pick goes to 1080: Avalanche. The graphics are beautiful due to the amount of details in the backgrounds, and it has the best sensation of being on a snowboard than any other game.

I'm a huge fan of both Kung Fu Chaos and Quantum Redshift for Xbox. People really should have given QR a try, it's probably the fastest racing game I've ever played. Just starts out a bit slow, insane game and I could only imagine how great a sequel would have been on Xbox Live.
