Update:

Police have arrested one of the individuals accused of trying to light a pedestrian's shirt on fire.

A 14-year-old boy was arrested, and he's been charged with assault as a hate crime.
According to police, the group is connected to five incidents that took place last Saturday, September 10.

He was charged with assault as a hate crime, aggravated harassment as a hate crime and harassment as a hate crime. DNAinfo reports, "The boy in custody is believed to have been involved in all but the incident against the Muslim woman, a police source said."​

Yeah, I found the thread title update as unfortunate.

Though it may have not been the intention, it sure is kinda makes it feel like, "Oh she's fine, it's not a big deal!"
