Those are background ponies from the show, not OC ponies, and I believe a lot of the fanon names for them come from previous gen MLP characters and toy names.ChuckNoLuck said:

Sometimes I feel that we guys obssess way too much over how much the rest of the world percieves us. As disturbing and shame - inducing the most idiotic "bronies" are, you guys got it backwards: the flack that this community gets is not because of its retarded members. Haters search for our most retarded members (yes, they do exist) in order to justify their irrational hate for something as silly and harmless as a cartoon (points out to "bronisaid").
For some people the mere fact of us liking this show is disturbing enough. Said people just want to reinforce and justify their opinions and preconceptions. Obsessing over distancing oneself with the community or posting as if we were PPRR speakers of bronies Inc is not going to change that closed mindset, period. We are posting in NeoGaf, we abide by Evil Lore's rules and standards, not by Mr's "you guys are all monster manbabies just like furry sonic fans" ones. We need to lighten up and stop worring (simply or giving a fuck), me think.

This is insane. One post on Equestria Daily and boom, 120 Facebook likes, almost 1000 Hits on Youtube (and that counter isn't even working as it should), Tons and Tons of nice, motivating comments and even our first Email from a super nice Brony, asking if he should translate the whole freaking game to dutch. Applejack and Pinkie Pie aren't my favourite ponies, but they scrub up real well as human ponies. Rarity is my least favourite human pony, except for that image of her on the bed whine her whine face on. But she is the best pony regardless.
