What a fuckin' bummer. Far and away the worst aspect of paid streaming services. Can't ever trust that a show/movie you'll feel like watching on a whim is there even when it has been in the past.
There's plenty of good stuff on Netflix. Was bummed when they took down Party Down, 3rd Rock from the Sun, etc. Always other good stuff you've never seen. Until recently, I had never seen Blue Mountain State. We live and we learn.
I was thinking about this earlier when we got rid of netflix was when all the disney and other shows left the service. It should allow you to upload stuff to it like google music. Then the stuff they sell is there and the shit I buy or rip could be available too. That is why I pay for google music since there are some albums they dont sell but my uploads are there and fill in the voids. I would really enjoy a cloud service that lets me upload the movies I have ripped but also have their own showing like netflix.
Yeah, this aspect of the streaming services always sucked.
I was in the middle of Invader Zim, and then Amazon signed an exclusive on all the Nickelodeon stuff. That was a bummer. I have Amazon Prime but it isn't on as many devices as Netflix. =(
