Guys, confirm for me that MM X4, Klonoa, & BoF4 will work on Vita.

Not sure on X5 since I didn't hate it, but wasn't a huge fan (X6 is easily the least enjoyable).

i know MMx4 work on vita.(been had it) so i'm sure X5 will work, but not so sure about klonoa or BoF4

They say Vita in the tagline, unless you're asking about the PS TV. In which case, MM X4 is not but Breath of Fire IV and Klonoa are.

No one should be on the fence for either of those games. DC1 is one of the best survival horror games ever and the sequel is an incredible action game. It changed the genre for the series, but did it in a way where it didn't upset fans.
