God dang it. I'm going to have to add some crap to the backlog.

But this guy's right: BUY TOKYO JUNGLE.

For $1, Dead Head Fred is a good hidden gem. One of the rare quality western developed handheld games. Combat is a little meh, but the writing is really enjoyable.

Welp....got to pick up bof and the mega mans.

Playing BoF 1&2 ATM....need to find 3 cheap now and I'll be set for awhile lol. Trying to play through all of them.

Maybe start wild arms after lol.

How are those Mega Man X games? Never played any of the X games except the first one.
They're great games. X4 is classic Mea Man X and you can play as Zero for a very different experience.

X5 does some interesting things time based missions. You play as X or Zero there too.

To everybody asking about those PS1 RPGs...

Breath of Fire 4 is one of the best traditional BoF games with some people consider it to be the best traditional Breath of Fire game in the series (BoF5 is better, but not traditional at all). Well worth grabbing.

Wild Arms 1 is a classic RPG that was one of the first RPGs on the PS1. Graphics are a mix between SNES-style 2D for exploration and really ugly 3D for battles. Has a lot of charm (Wild West + Sci-Fi setting) and a fantastic soundtrack. Only 3 playable characters. Zelda-esque puzzles in dungeons, turn-based combat. Lots of secrets too. Outside the soundtrack, it's not amazing, but overall it's above average.

Wild Arms 2 is one of my favorites in the series. It's basically a bigger Wild Arms 1 with more party members to play around with and a weaker translation.

Of the 3, I'd say Breath of Fire 4 is definitely the best, but all 3 are worth grabbing if you like PS1-era RPGs and have $3.

For some reason I am getting an error when trying to check out, says to try again later anyone else get that? Edit: Scratch that, dumb reason, I fixed it.

Also, Sony should fund a new Wild Arms game.

Bought:
BoF4
Katamari Damacy
Megaman X4
Megaman X5
Surgeon Sim 0S4

Have $1 left: torn on Wild Arms 2, Klonoa or one of the Dino Crisis games. Suggestions GAF?

^All of them. Go grab a $10 PSN Cash code and get them, don't question us, we want you to experience da good psx lyfe!

OP should mention which games are transferable from ps3 to vita (like star wars battlefront 2).

ATM Sim Theme Park is NOT Vita compatible :/ I used to play this a lot as a kid.

I dunno....that's a lot of old shit I'll probably never play. Maybe Galaga...that's about it for me. Not interested in PS1 or PS2 games.

Question 1: Isn't there a $5 minimum for buying anything on PSN? Last time I tried to buy something there this cheap I had to put at least $5 in my wallet. There wasn't an "exact amount" option.

Question 2: How are Dino Crisis 1 and 2? I remember hearing one of them was as good as the RE games. Didn't Mikami direct one of them?

Breath of Fire
Pacman
Mortal Kombat
Monkey Island
Jurassic Park
Noby Noby Boy

and double dip on Katamary because it's one of my all time favorites. Great haul, had been holding out for Breath of Fire for a while.

Edit: Okay and Klonoa as well, you all sold me on it.

Been kicked out of the store 4 times now browsing and adding stuff to my cart (on my PS3). Haven't used it in a while so I'm not sure if it's the store under stress or my system having issues.

That's the min you can fund your wallet. That minimizes credit card processing fees for Sony. Any amount charged over $5 is exact, but if you only need, say, 95 cents you'll end up with 4.05 in your wallet after purchase if starting at 0.

i know, i linked it earlier. i'm asking for it to be added to OP.

edit - there now, thanks!
