I watched it with the family. And every time it was about Josephine again. Everyone shouted her name together. So it was funny, but what a boring movie. The costumes and battles were well done though.

This movie was wank.

I mean it was already iffy having elderly napoleon reenacting most of his younger years for a majority of the movie but it also just had nothing to say.

It didn't dissect him as a person or offer any lessons or provide any insight, it's literally a movie about a series of things that happen and then it ends.

And ends on almost a joke (yes in real life it was sudden, but in an almost 3 hour long drama, ending on a silly gag was dumb)
