I don't even think we need that movie. This Chapter should just be the end TBH.
They didn't specify it would be colored by Kishimoto, I believe. Quite possible, sure, but considering all the digitally colored stuff they've been putting out lately, I think it could go both ways.

Only difference it made for me is I didn't get excited when Sasuke mentioned giving his rinnegan to Kakashi.... Which is a good thing so I wasn't hyped up for nothing.

Fully expecting a part 3 now since both are alive. I think we will get like a year break and then part 3 will start in like early 2016.

I hope there's a three year time skip between this last chapter and the next one in which Sasuke dies of blood loss and Naruto marries Sakura. I think that would be the best possible ending. I also hope that the next chapter is text-only and comes out in January. If all of this happens I will be very happy.

Well holy shit. I assume that that counted as them putting the seals together to dispel the Infinite Tsukiyomi. But maybe not because of that little suggestion that the apparently all you needed was a sharingan to do it after all. Hagoromo completely wrong about needing the Rinnegan and the chakra of all the tailed beasts. Apparently Sasuke could have dispelled it the whole time and even Kakashi could have dispelled it when he got his Obito eyes.
You need the chakra of the tailed beasts and the rinnegan to do it. Nothing said in this chapter says otherwise (when Sasuke mentioned giving his Rinnegan to Kakashi, he meant in a scenario where Naruto lives to give it to him). As for Sasuke dispelling it... yeah, that's clear from the start of the fight, hence why he was going to kill Naruto without any problem.

No, nothing was done about dispelling Tsukuyomi in this chapter. The tied blood was supposed to symbolize the "Seal of Reconciliation" that's is used upon the conclusion of Shinobi Kumite, which are started with each combatants' "Seal of Confrontation". See Chapters 233 and 538 for reference.
You still need a Rinnegan(presumably one with a Tomoe Seal, like Sasuke's), and the Bijū's chakra to actually dispel Mugen Tsukuyomi. Sasuke was trying to tell Naruto to have Sakura transplant his Rinnegan to Kakashi, so that Mugen Tsukuyomi could be dispelled after his death. Naruto wasn't havin' any of that, though.
Sasuke would've been capable of dispelling Mugen Tsukuyomi without Naruto, but he still would have needed the Bijū's chakra, which he could have gotten by siphoning more chakra from the Bijū he trapped with Chibaku Tensei earlier.
I still find Naruto and Sasuke's friendship too forced to be genuinely moved by moments like these. Maybe if Kishimoto had did a proper job of building up their relationship to something that even touches the boundaries of what Gon and Killua(from Hunter X Hunter) have, this would have been really amazing to me.

I hear ya. It certainly looks like a wrap and it just may be but that "Start of Naruto's New Era Project" title is just too ominous for me to ignore yet. I feel a troll coming. Either chapter 699 is indeed the last chapter of this series and that rumored extra chapter is the first chapter in Part 3, or chapter 700 ends with "Look forward to Naruto Part 3! The tale that begins after "Naruto: The Last" movie! I would not be surprised.
At this point, I don't get why you just don't accept the fact that once Naruto latches on to someone, he doesn't let go. The time he spent with Sasuke during their Team 7 days was enough for them to become actual friends, i.e. he wasn't going to let him go down a dark path no matter what. This isn't even factoring in the fact that they were rivals (albeit in a one-sided rivalry at first) that knew knew each other for years and always understood one another, long before they were put on the same team.
He still hates literally everyone alive except Naruto.

I've "accepted" it since the end of their first bout at the Valley of the End. Doesn't mean I have to actually like the manner in which it has played out before, and since that point.

Naruto can regrow other peoples eyes, and stop people from dying, so i'm wondering why he can't regrow an arm here.
I'm thinking once his chakra comes back, he'll be fine.
Granted, the movie not yet showing Sasuke's arm makes me wonder if he chooses to keep it missing.

Yeah I posted again to note I forgot which eye was which and thought Sasuke was referencing the sharingan and not rinnegan. What still bothers me is that the Sage specially mentioned putting the seals together and not just mixing chakra or something. Which I took to assume that the seals themselves were of some importance in the equation.
Kishi has admitted their friendship and development was half baked compared to what he wanted and that they come across a little crazy sometimes. It's perfectly normal to wish the payoff had been earned and not just an implication or 'read into it' scenario that the reader had to substitute in themselves.
