Did the Ōtsutsuki come from the moon first or go to it only to return after millennia? If they're still humans, it's perfectly fine in my book given the folklore Kaguya is taken from.

I suppose they might be aliens if Kaguya always had her horns, but since Toneri doesn't, I'm assuming only Kaguya and her sons had it because she became the progenitor of all chakra and her sons inherited the power of her eyes and body.

This is where it gets confusing, because the Otsosuki clan went to the moon after Kaguya was sealed in the moon, but the databook says that they came from another, unspecified world before Kaguya even ate the fruit.

"Another world" seems really vague and could refer to another continent or country (likely) or a literal other world (still possible).

Maybe one lf the other dimensions. She can travel and bring people to different dimensions, and some of those have castles in there. Meaning they are populated. So she may be from another dimension. Maybe the dimensions are on entire different planets!!! (that would explain the vast amount lf chakra the move uses)

Seems like after the moon was created, Hamura flew the moon into space. Which is quite the feat

Does anyone else now have the impression Kushina used to bring the pain on Minato? Prior to the war, Minato was one ice cold motherfucker. Then he revealed himself to have a retarded side to him much like Naruto. I can't imagine him not catching a punch or two on occasion. Just look at this face.

In part 1, we were lead to believe that Minato was stubborn and rude like Naruto as he was a student under Jiraiya. However, seeing the Kushina/Minato relationship unfold in Shippuden, I think Kushina had a lot of respect/reservedness for Minato as an individual. I always reference the scene when Minato tells Kushina he was appointed as the 4th Hokage.

I don't think the Sakura/Naruto relationship is mimicked in Kushina/Minatio's. Maybe towards other people, but I doubt Kushina unleashed her red hot habanero side onto Minato.

I hear that Kishi want to create a manga with Naruto being a father since he is a father himself. I honestly would love to see Naruto being a family man and a Hokage (with Shikamaru as his advisor). Since we never really get to see Kushina and MInato as parent, I really would like to see Naruto and Hinata as parent ;p.

I would be inclined to agree with you if it weren't for the fact Kushina clobbered Naruto seconds after meeting him.

After seeing even the likes of Tobirama chide Minato, I can't get the idea out of my head that he'd occasionally say something to set Kushina off, deserved or not.

Nah, he said he'd like to show Naruto as a father some day, but he didn't say anything about writing a new manga. I think he was hinting at what's to come in the epilogue.

Where ever this "Another world" is from, it's clear Kishi played one to many Assassin Creed games and got inspired by it.

Ōtsutsuki Clan= Basically Those Who Came Before

Infinite Tsukuyomi= Abstergo's method of launching a piece of Eden into Outer Space to put the entire population of the planet under their control for their own purposes.

Part 3 will surely come. They won't end the cashcow like this... it's all just hype so that everybody who dropped Naruto will start reading it again.

Edit: Let Yabuki draw the Naruto girls for once and we got some profit

The cashcow will be milked with games and merchandising, maybe filler animes. THere is no need to continue the mangá. Dragon Ball for example is the biggest mangá/anime on the planet and ended much sooner (selling much more mangás and with much bigger audience on TV according with my guesses :lol).

Alot of cashcows have ended with no continuation of the series,.

But it seems it's making a comeback with a recent movie, another one releasing next year, and Dragon Ball Minus.

Who needs a new manga or anime when the movie gives you the best of both worlds. It's a continuation of the manga that's being animated.

Though I'll agree BOG should of been a segue to a new Z series based during that 10 year gap.

Man I miss DB...I only wished that Buu wasn't the final arc and Goku vs. Vegeta was. Towards the end, I begin to be more interested in Vegeta's story and his characterization, wished he would have ended up more than Goku's rival.

Ah, yes, I didn't mean an actual Part 3 in the manga, sorry should have used Phase 3 instead. Or whatever the weird name they're using for it.

ED: Hey I did say Phase 3 nevermind lol. The point is that having the movie release so soon after the manga ends, and with all this talk about the Future Era projects or whatever, it raises questions about whether business interests in continuing the naruto-verse (however that is done), may have had direct impacts on the way the manga has ended.

Knowing that the villain is a descendant of Kaguya for instance, makes me think that maybe she was put in the manga as the final boss (rather than Madara) to have a tie in villain for the movie. And maybe more people than Neji would have died if they didn't know whether they would have to keep making movies (Guy comes to mind). That's probably completely unwarranted, but when these things are released so close together it does raise my suspicion in a way that wouldn't happen if the movie came out next year. The timing of it smells even if there was no bad acts.

The issue with gt is that it tried to be Dragon ball-ey rather than DBZ-ey and the best and the most DBZ-ey arc is the last one with the dragons. Actually I think if they removed the buu saga or added that on in the end , obviously getting ss4 even though I love ss4 and that should have just been then end and the first few parts of gt should have never happened.

Some new bits of info from the data book.
The Otsutsuki clan migrated to Earth from another world in search of the Divine Tree's fruit.
After sealing the Gedo Statue, Hamura took leadership of the clan and decreed that they would guard the statue, while Hagoromo stayed behind to preach ninshu to the people.
When he realized he was near death, Hagoromo partitioned the Ten Tails' chakra to create the bodies of the nine Tailed Beasts.
After being tempted by Black Zetsu, Indra rejected "ninshu" and in defiance used his inherent talent to invent "ninjutsu," with which he challenged Asura. Thus Indra was the originator and first user of ninjutsu.
Creation of All Things is fully named Creation of All Things Technique (万物創造の術, Banbutsu Sōzō no Jutsu).
Although the "fragments of Yin-Yang Release" form the basis of many techniques, shinobi have historically been unable truly use Yin-Yang Release.
It states that Naruto was able to perfectly demonstrate the power of Yin-Yang Release after obtaining Hagoromo's power. The panel this caption goes with is the one in which Naruto is trying to explain to Sakura how he created Kakashi's new left eye, meaning he used Yin-Yang Release to create it, not just Yang Release to "regenerate" it.
The Uchiha tended to inherit Yin Release power, while the Senju tended to inherit Yang Release power.
Genjutsu, including those cast with the Sharingan, are primarily Yin Release.
Many hiden (secret tradition) jutsu are based on Yin Release and Yang Release.
The Akimichi Clan's body expansion techniques are Yang Release.
The Nara Clan's shadow manipulation techniques are Yin Release.
