The draft order is from worst to first. You have the right to decline a pick. Teams without owners are excluded.

We can't do that or the best teams will get better. Even after 20 or so selections the top teams at worst are going to get a player like Hickson, Jamison and etc.

Well we can do two rounds. With round 1 due to be over by the next week's deadline and the other round over the week after. Although i'm sure only a few teams would have a need for round 2.
