Need any more proof that Madden Sux?

I think it's funnier that it took the guy until 2005 to figure out this happens. It's been going on since the original Madden on the PS2. Every sports game has fucked animations... It's nothing new or specific to a series.
 
If Madden '06 is the standard by which to judge the current gen graphics for a football game, then ESPN 2K5 had next-gen graphics a year and a half early. Just boot up ESPN 2K5 after playing Madden '06 for a while and you will see what I mean.

Madden SUCKS!

Don't do that man. It's only going to cause you grief and forum anxiety (a condition in which you refresh a post frequently to see who's owning you and why).

EDIT: You're entitled to your opinion, but if you state it as fact (especially here at GAF) you're going to have to lube up.

I like the glitch in 2k5 where they run like idiots, wait that's not a glitch. :)

Both games have their good and bad, but Madden is a whole lot more polished.
 
This is why I havn't started my very first topic on GAF yet. I'm, afraid that I will have a massive brain hemmorage, like this fellow did, and I'll never live it down.

If this is a topic you would consider, then you're on the right track. Here's a hint, if you can find news that no one has posted yet, and it's quality stuff, that's a good first post because it will spark discussion. Ripping on Madden for a bad animation (on GAF which is Madden country)you're asking for trouble.

The "Original Madden" goes back to the Sega Genesis - circa 1994.

I meant the Madden based on this generation's engine. In 1994 an arm consisted of a rectangle and a square, why the hell would I compare this animation to that? Come on man, think.

That's par for the course for all EA games now. Anywhere they can save money. Not only is the manual in black & white and only 5 pages long it doesn't tell you how to do some of the new features in the game and even tells you incorrect info for some of the controls. Gotta love EA.

If it's in the game, it's not in the manual.

Well, my topic WOULD have been that Matt from IGN(You know the journalist, who's not really a journalist) has stated that after the gaming convention in Germany, he has it on good word that Nintendo will be releasing Revolution news 1day, to 1 week afterwards.

Fuck if I'm starting a topic about it though. Although, a good hi-jacking is in order considering how shit-tacular this thread is....

Yeah, but you would think, however, with a flagship title such as "Madden" they would at least attempt to make an effort.
