Granted i know nothing about them, i have never bought one. I am willing to spent 200max on a digital camera. I am about to go to bestbuy right now so your advice is greatly appreciated GAF.

Kodak/Canon are the two lower-prices brands that are generally most "popular".
Buy a Memory Card...at least 256MB, if not 512.
They don't actually come bundled with printers (unless of course it's a store bundle). Nevertheless, unless you've got the cash to buy photopaper/ink, I would say printing them at a store is cheaper in the long run.
They do not come with them, but it is pretty cheap to just get them printed off at a store as you would normal pictures. There are printer available, but they're expensive. Canon printers (As in normal printers) are pretty good with being able to print photos, though. If you've got a good printer at home, that can be used with photo paper to print shots yourself.
