memecomplex said:Hori makes new molds? They still remember how to do that?
MarkMan said:Wait for the bigger pic... soon.
I'll try to get the *juicy* inside details on the build/quality asap as well. Won't be today.
Yes Boss! said:Well, I just took away $60 from the game and figured a $90 stick...maybe medium-grade!
And wholly shit, $100 for that little BB stick? MarkMan, you just threw down $300 for two more of those...truly hardcore.
MarkMan said:I couldn't help it... My friend at AKSYS is hooking me up with one... but I played the game so much these last two weeks I wanted to get a complete 2p set of each lol.
So yea... If I like the game I'll get two...
But if I LOVE the game.... X_X
Yes Boss! said:And, still no HRAP-SE stub at NCS. Truly seeming like a lost cause :-(
Baron said:why don't you send them an email and ask? they have always been extremely helpful when I've contacted them. one time I wanted to buy a bunch of plastic DVD-size seal-bags for all my PS2/Gamecube/Xbox/360 games, and couldn't find them anywhere online to buy, but NCS put out an APB on it and ordered some just for me. NCS is a-ok in my book.

Quixzlizx said:If anyone is interested, the entry-level PS3 Hori stick is on sale for $30 today at Buy.com, with free shipping. I'm completely terrible, so I figured I'd try this one out before upgrading to one that costs $100+.

Also not sure about having so many pictures of dudes on my stick.
Still, nice form factor.
momolicious said:It says $35. I would buy it but i get the feeling they are cheap and will break in maybe more than a month

FindMyFarms said:WTF @ BlazBlue stick, why would you not give the official stick the ability to play in the same layout as the Arcade game?
Arcade setup is the same as either top or bottom row of MC SE/TE stick buttons.
Also why does the t6 stick have start/select on the face? I thought the SE/TE sticks were going to start a good trend T_T
DoubleTap said:I would only be bothered by this issue if the T6 sticks were made by MadCatz. Since these were made by Hori, I think these are still somewhat consistent for their product line.
Not exactly the top/bottom row, it actually uses these four:FindMyFarms said:[BlazBlue's]Arcade setup is the same as either top or bottom row of MC SE/TE stick buttons.

Anyone looking for a VSHG? I put one up in the trade/sale forum.

Don't they have issues with multiple button commands?_dementia said:VSHGs are so damn nice <3. I'd probably bite if I didn't already own one.
It's game-specific to in Tekken 5 DR and T5DR:O for PSN.biggkidd32 said:Don't they have issues with multiple button commands?
memecomplex said:Guys, anyone know if the Blazblue stick is a HRAP, with quick disconnects?
Thanks!
Yes Boss! said:MarkMan confirmed that it is soldered. That said, it is really not that much trouble to switch the buttons...just about an hour if you are rusty with an iron.
_dementia said:Not exactly the top/bottom row, it actually uses these four:
It's definitely the vewlix/madcatz layout though.
Which they should be selling for the official stick. You seem to agree with that much; I'm just correcting you on what the official setup actually is.FindMyFarms said:Maybe that's the official setup...
I dislike them. The two rightmost buttons are plugged on my HRAP.00011000 said:Can I ask if anyone actually likes having 8 face buttons?
All the hardcore players I know that have the TE or HRAP hate the two extra buttons.
Are there any games that actually use all 8 buttons?
Specify what Hori. If it's a Real Arcade Pro EX it's a cinch. If it's a Fighting Stick EX2 it would be a real pain in the butt for someone without soldering experience.Spirit of Jazz said:My buttons became a little loose or sticky a while a go for my 360 Hori, how easy would it be to upgrade/repair them for somebody who doesn't have a clue what they're doing?

It looks like you can orient it to nullify diagonals for true NSEW 4-way movement for games like Pacman or Tetris if you choose.Yes Boss! said:Can anybody tell me what that blue thing on the Seimitsu stick is? Is it something for arcade operators? Doesn't seem to have any function...I don't even know if I put it back on correctly.
