Who is Brap? From what I gather from this thread, he was banned for shitposting? I rarely did shitpost on Gaf, although on old forum engine I had custom tag from one of my few shitpost. I wasn't even tag fishing, which was a huge thing back then, since not many people had custom tags.
New engine/skin looks nice though, I think old one was vBulletin, this one looks like xenForo or something modern like that.

I thinkCameFromNearFuture 's ban was not warranted THIS time. The guy didn't do anything worse than Tommy Fisher (who got a pass or a slap in the wrist every single fucking time he would post another one of his 'facts'). Especially considering the fact that the post he was banned for was quite possibly a joke, mimicking Sony's own words.

Same thing as glorifying anorexics. People on either end of the weight spectrum have alot of health issues and shouldn't be encouraged to be that way. Just because being that way can cause them to die young.
Nothing wrong with a little bit either way but there are limits to what the human body can handle.

Sometimes people who have achieved nothing in life and are stink ordinary, find a place where they have some power, and so they use it. Some found their way onto a forum as a mod, and thats what you get.
