Hill posting and yikes posting.

Can we get someone in here to start literally shaking, so we have the trifecta?

Sad about 3Others/Yuri, off course.
Wish he had kept a bit a lower profile here with his alt.

Well, it wasn't meant to be, it seems.

MERRY CHRISTMAS, my ban thread cunts.

He's not rehashing it, just speaking his thoughts about it, mang 🤷‍♂️

I know you don't like permabans, and like I said, i hope they learned their lessons and move on from that hill.

He has already done that multiple times. Continuing to harp on about it at this point comes across as virtue signalling.

That whole thread was just a mess of closet racists showing their true colors. The topic of the OP didn't even mention black people and yet someone had to go that route. I'm really surprised more of them weren't banned. I read through the ban posts last night and it really disgusted me. It makes me wonder if these people had grown up working and living with other races like I did -- how much they'd actually see of themselves. Yet, it was basically useless rhetorical arguments trying to paint the "white race" as having been hereditary or culturally more intelligent. I'm still trying to figure out what race has to do with intelligence? That thread should stand as an example of what we should strive not to be on GAF or as human beings. Just disgusting commentary for those guys.

Decent until you trip them up on topic and then the skeletons come out. Reminds me of those "decent" members that got banned for the whole race I. Q. thing.

There's no misunderstanding in what he posted. He writes a lot of joke posts but even if that was some kind of twisted joke; it's crossing a big line. It was so disgusting that I didn't see him try to further back it up or anyone try to cover him either. It's because it's something that goes beyond what anyone should be discussing in or outside GAF.

Merry Christmas to you, and to all.

I was kind of thinking, it's probably way too late now, but a Christmas Tree Merry Christmas reaction would have been cool. It'd be neat to do temporary reacts near major holidays.

Of course, that's one of those ideas you blissfully propose without any knowledge, while the programmer looks at you like this:

Seasonal reactions would be an awesome addition.

I feel like this is the wrong place to discuss it though. MetaGAF would've been perfect but it got infected with autism.

I think the biggest problem we're having right now is that some people are under the delusion that NeoGaf is some free speech haven. Its not, try to avoid talking about risky subjects as much as you can.

And I'm not saying this as some sort of dig at anyone nor at neogaf. The dudes running this place do what they can, but they know they aren't the ones to try and make a stand for it, they'd just get deplatformed. Thats just facts.

what can you not talk about?

Again with the feet thing. No idea if it's a joke or not. If it is a joke then the gag isn't funny anymore. If it isn't a joke it falls outside of the sites purview, please give it a rest. I'm real tired of seeing the word feet around here. Every single thread.

It's pretty free but the bills still have to be paid. This is about as close as it gets I suppose.

Can someone tell me why our veteran was banned?
Listen. I've briefly looked over your history and I can see the issue you are actually having. You are putting your work experience and technical knowledge way ahead of your social skills and rile people up. You lack self awareness calling people that disagree with you Sony fanboys is going to have them come after you more. Just ignore them.

Starting a topic and then tagging in all the mods at the end of it demanding they mod your topic is arrogant. The mods are not your personal army.

Seeing as you mentioned Era, I checked your long ban history there. There's a running theme and you got permabanned for bragging that GAF was better and yet you found out the grass is not greener on the other side. So what's the common denominator here? You.

Calm down, stop being so authoritative, work on your social skills.

There are only so many fucks we can give about one user's personal console war problems.

When you get controversial or aggressive with your positions, you can expect a level of flak in return. We're not going to police every instance of it. You report and complain to mods far too much about petty grievances.

Take it in stride and you'll end up with less of it overall. Pick your battles and we'll be more likely to listen.

You shove your personal background inside our throats, give insanely wrong statements and never apologize, ridicule others' opinions. You'll be much more loved if you stop with your obvious war against anything Playstation/Sony. I hope you try to be more positive around people. Anyway, I believe you have a good heart but your debates are pretty exhausting and I don't like it when it's not constructive, especially when you're not just a simple poster but a real expert in graphics and that tag also has its own prestige that you seem like not sticking to.

Be yourself, anyway, but maybe dial down your forced authority and people will be happy to read and interact with you as you post many irritating comments. That doesn't justify personal attacks, but it's a side effect.

Warm greetings.

War. War never changes.

Well, it should work both ways. The authoritative force of the Sony fandom here by sheer numbers alone it's greater than anything else and the continuous dogpiling in many forms to posters such as VFXVeteran VFXVeteran somehow is seen as something "normal", as something the user has to learn to deal with in a non argumentative way ("social skills") or else he has to suffer whatever consequences come from daring to not be silent about it.

That's something that can get in the skin of people and can get them to start pushing back against that authoritative fandom in a revengeful way, a way that ultimately also makes them look like petty warriors, when they weren't warriors in the first place. In a way, VFXVeteran was targeted and mobbed into being more and more aggressive til he finally earned a ban, and in that way you have removed one of the most important and respectable voices that didn't cater to the Sony fandom at first and was completely against it by the end.

I understand from first hand that it becoming a pissing contest doesn't bode well for the lone user against the powerful Sony numbers, and that you need to learn how to navigate the troubled waters of not wanting to cater to the Sony fandom, criticize it's ways but also trying to remain unbanned.

As the captain of this lone boat going directly into the storm, more than sometimes I just let my assholiness run free for the sake of giving a message and stand for what I believe is right.

The dude was clearly baiting with that post.

You can like him, but what he said was indefensable.

May God have mercy on his Demon Soul.

I know, that's what I said he become what he hated at the end. He needs to calm down, for sure.

But also I think his voice is really valuable when he's not getting distracted with pissing contests against Sony fanboys.
May his voice rest in pepperonis for a little while. :messenger_ok:

How's Messi doing these days?
Better, actually.

He's obviously in the decline of his career, but he's playing better now (and ironically, scoring less).

I'm loving Pedri too, great kid, very smart with a lot of quality, but also someone who works hard on defense.

Ansu Fati, Pedri, Araujo & De Jong should be the future of Barça.

Add Haaland and you'll have a pretty strong spine for the making of a very good team.
