As for being bored? Not really.
At a couple points I was, like as they were setting up after the opening band. Each member had, what seemed like, 150000 pedals each, so it took a bit to set up. And just waiting before the show... but once it started I wouldn't say boring, no.
It was all so loud/'intense' that even the "slow" bits at the starting were exciting. Having it performed just 20 feet away was thrilling enough.
Seating may have been nice, but that could be due to walking around chicago a bunch all day, and showing up to the show at 6:15 and not getting out until 10:20, standing the entire time.
It's a great show. If you have the chance to see them on some of their Canadian stops, I highly recommend it.
Didn't pick up much (in comparison to usual, at least) this month, and most of what i did pick up was on PSN.
I did snag these call Dead Space/2 lithographs though.

Fist time posting anything here (need to get a new camera for nicer pictures). I wanted to get a new gamepad for 2D PC games/emulators so I picked up the Saturn USB pad and Neo Geo USB pad (both of which work on PS3 as well). Love the Neo Geo one, very clicky.
Also debating trying some fighting games out so I think these may get use there too.
Picked up the HORI digital pad because I want to finish some of my GBA backlog and I just don't enjoy playing on the device itself much anymore (any model of of it). GB Players are only $10 used at gamestop. Also works great with Virtual Console games.

After much deliberation and reading several glowing reviews I decided upon the 760W model from SeaSonic's X-series. Never have I seen more hilariously lavish packaging for a computer component (see this unboxing video - not mine, btw - if interested). The PSU itself seems quality, though. Also grabbed some thermal compound (Arctic Cooling MX-3, pictured) as well as two 92mm Nexus Real Silent case fans and aluminum dust filters (already installed, thus not pictured).
PSP(-2000) lives!
Also picked up two CD compilations of music previously available on other formats: 1) Rifts by Oneohtrix Point Never a.k.a. Daniel Lopatin and 2) a compilation of the first two albums (from 1995 and 1998, respectively) by a local seminal indie band that were originally published on cassette. The latter are the sound of my adolescence and therefore immune to all criticism.

How are you enjoying your DS?
Comparing my i and XL, the bottom screen on the XL is warm/yellow and the i is cool/white. Want to keep the XL, but the tint is annoying me. Any info on yours?
