mortal kombat for the 360 (thank you toys r us and their $30 deal!), and an ipad 2 - 32GB, at&t 3G in black. 64GB was too much, 16GB was too little, white didnt look good, and 3G was a necessity for my parents, especially because they travel overseas.

I was happy with today's thrift store finds. It always amuses me when a collector's item appears at a thrift store as it's amazing how it got there. Someone must have taken some effort to get that Guncon out of Japan.
This one is pretty cool. It has a tag like it was in an auction. It's also been put in a really expensive acrylic frame. If only it was The Thundercats though.

Went to Dallas ComicCon (sixth time! Damn thing gets bigger every year) this weekend and got Stan Lee's autograph. Since I didn't know if I was going to go or not until the last minute I didn't really have anything great or super rare for him to sign, but I had a little mini poster that I figured would look nice up on the wall.
Bit of a crease going across the middle because it's from the #500 posterbook from a few years ago, but you don't notice it unless you get right up close. Not like I'm trying to hawk this on ebay or anything.
I wish I could have said more to Stan other than the obligatory 'Hi' and 'Thank you', but he was the big draw of the convention and the staff were trying to move the line along.

-Radiohead's King of Limbs-newspaper edition. I actually forgot I even ordered it and I wish I hadn't because I think the album is a stinker.
-No More Heroes' Paradise
-Stanley Kubrick Blu-ray collection. It's missing a few films from the US edition, but that one was more than twice the price and I already own the DVD's of Dr. Strangelove and Spartacus.

Last but not least, I am playing through this for the first time EVER (after beating Shenmue 1 last week). Totally worth the $55 price tag. Also the PAL Dreamcast cases are 100x better than the NTSC. Going to need to collect all of the PAL DC games now... Shit.

Thank god for the NHS , had to have 4 xrays, crutchs and all that. They are not sure if its broken (possible hairline fracture she couldn't pick up) but I have a phiso appointment on tuesday. That is FOUR days after it happened!
Had the same bruise pattern. I was on a diving board and my ankles decided to roll after the first jump, when the diving board sprang back up it hit them as they were still rolled. Nothing was broken at all. However, I tore (or just fucked up) almost everything. Ligaments, tendons, etc. The result: feet are now fine, but I have a calcium deposit on both. Looks like I have another ankle on each.
Was years ago, but yeah... doc said my shit was fucked and surprised I didn't have anything broken.
