The amount of excitement for Mass Effect is truly puzzling.
1. We've seen nothing on the game.
2. It's being developed by a completely different team, largely staffed by the Army of Two team.
3. Mass Effect 3 was such a colossal goat fuck that you'd think it would've soured people on the franchise.
I guess it's true, stick a known brand name on something and people will go for it no matter what.
I'm so sick of hearing of that game. Overexposed to death.Y'all really excited for No Man's Sky....
PS4 hasnomany games.

2) Zelda Wii U (#4)
3) Persona 5 (#2)
4) Ni-oh (#24)
5) Project Setsuna (#64)
6) The Last Guardian (#7)
7) Nier: Automata (#12)
8) Dragon Quest XI (#42)
9) Horizon Zero Dawn (#3)
10) Star Ocean: Integrity & Faithlessness (#28)
If I were to redo it now I might juggle Persona up to #1 out of sheer curiosity and style. I have played both 3 and 4 (neither to completion) but it's been so long I'm really curious what they could throw at us. Dark Souls is a bit of a known quantity with some exciting unexpected twists, but Persona is going to be a bit more out of it's comfort zone. And I am really excited to see it pay off.

I'm surprised to see GR2 that high. Regardless, its going to be a big year for the PS4.
Personally I think it may be franchise fatigue, especially after the backlash from DSIIDark Souls 3 was pretty far away from #1, I'm wondering if people just forgot that it's coming out next year? It probably would have been higher if it had a recent trailer in December.
It's interesting to see the movers and shakers from last year.
1 (1). Uncharted 4 - no change
2 (6). Persona 5 - up 4
4 (3). The Legend of Zelda - down 1
10 (8). No Man's Sky - down 2
15 (18). Quantum Break - up 3
31 (17). Star Fox Zero - down 14
47 (12). Rime - down 35
Damn Rime dropped like a rock. Hopefully we'll see more of it soon.
Personally I think it may be franchise fatigue, especially after the backlash from DSII.(My 2014 GOTY btw)
Uncharted 4, Persona 5, Zelda U and No Man's Sky? Is this last years list?
Lol just kidding but I'm surprised to see SFV not make the top 10 and Nier to be that high.
Bloodborne was a fresh spin on the formula though, and now we're reverting back to the standard sword & board. Some people may be turned off by this.I don't believe so, Bloodborne will likely be GAF's GOTY or the runner up.
