Swipe left or right.xbhaskarx said:Okay I am using Tweetbot now. I like it but I have one question:
Let's say I'm looking at a reply to an earlier tweet, how can I either see the earlier tweet, or the entire conversation?
They are.Gaaraz said:Lots of flipboard love, so will stay in the OP, just hope they release it for the iPhone soon!

Feedly for iPhone is the best free RSS reader imo.SephCast said:Another vote here for Reeder. Amazing app.
xbhaskarx said:I just tried it, and I don't see it. Also, ad at the top? Back to Tweetbot...
Just checked this out, and damn, what a great app. Reeder doesn't come close imoSentry said:Feedly for iPhone is the best free RSS reader imo.

Have you tried zite?cabot said:yeah, flipboard can get fucked. it doesn't show the whole article, what the fuck is that shit
From my experience it isn't.Marty Chinn said:Why is Feedly better than Reeder?
That's what everyone said was the best when I was looking for an IM app. Everyone said it was well worth the money. I haven't heard of anything since then that was better so I figured it was still the best. Everyone swore by it like they do Reeder.

I like how you can just easily click on links or usernames in the timeline view, no double clicking or clicking through to another screen and then doing it. I've tried most the big Twitter apps people recommend and always just found them slightly annoying to use. I've been using this for years though so I imagine there's just a familiarity to it.

Well for one, it's totally free, and integrated into the website very nicely as well as of course your google feeds. The way it presents itself is very nice and organized, on-par with Reeder imo, for free.Marty Chinn said:Why is Feedly better than Reeder?
Nice to hear you like it, btw does tweetbot have a free version?Gaaraz said:Just checked this out, and damn, what a great app. Reeder doesn't come close imo
I'm also a huge fan of Tweetbot, best iPhone app by far, from my experience.
Will update the OP tommorrow when I'm back on my PC, sorry for the poor updates/format - I'm rubbish but I had only good intentions!
It's not too difficult - removing the 'gb' from the URL will give you the US link.Gaaraz said:Nice one, thanks - have updated the OP with links to both versions now (to be honest, since I'm in the UK I often have to guess the US prices, they don't easily convert due to VAT etc)
could you provide a link to that? A search in the AppStore throws up Wiki Offline and WikiOffline (and All of Wikipedia and WikiBot and Wiki Mobile and so on). Pretty expensive apps too.Sentry said:Well for one, it's totally free, and integrated into the website very nicely as well as of course your google feeds. Also, everyone who is offline at times and needs information access, you must try Wiki Offline, it's awesome. Works totally without internet and has a pretty big catalog of wiki pages.
Definitely helped me out in certain pinches. Oh and if you're in to info-graphics, download Infographics.

They should feel good that their dream and tool has reached masses they never could alone. Or, you know, go bankrupt and call it a day.xbhaskarx said:I wonder how people who makes apps like Instapaper feel when Apple makes them obsolete...
Be happy with the tons of money they made at that ridiculous price of $5?xbhaskarx said:I wonder how people who makes apps like Instapaper feel when Apple makes them obsolete...
I dunno. Ask Marco if/when that ever happens.xbhaskarx said:I wonder how people who makes apps like Instapaper feel when Apple makes them obsolete...
