I can't open my web application in Visual Studios. I was debugging when my computer froze and [I can only assume that] the debugger is still attached to the server and I am locked out.
I can connect to the server through a remote connection but I can't restart it (or can I?) because people who aren't here at the moment (lunch, errands) have projects open. Is there a way to correct this problem through IIS Manager or am I screwed?
