I think this new indie game from the creators of Gris deserves its own thread here on GAF, as I'm sure at least a few people who might be interested in it (myself included) have overlooked it.

About This Game​

Neva is an emotionally-charged action adventure from the visionary team behind the critically acclaimed GRIS.

Neva chronicles the story of Alba, a young woman bound to a curious wolf cub following a traumatic encounter with dark forces. Together they embark on a perilous journey through a once-beautiful world as it slowly decays around them.

Over time, their relationship will evolve as they learn to work together, helping one another to brave increasingly dangerous situations. The wolf will grow from a rebellious cub to an imposing adult seeking to forge her own identity, testing Alba’s love and their commitment to one another.

As the cursed world threatens to overwhelm them, Alba and her courageous companion will do whatever it takes to survive and make a new home, together.

Art part: Totally, I'm super excited for this, will do another GRIS run before it comes out actually.

Nerd part: I supersampled GRIS to 8K (maybe 16K?) on my 65" display and it looked insanely crisp.

So the game will be priced at $20, and they also plan on doing a physical release presumably sometime after the game's launch.

At best, Gris was merely above average on its gameplay. Boring as fu** most of the time. So no hype at all here........

I no longer have patience to play artsy games, that have little to no gameplay.

It was. it was also boring as hell and incredibly basic gameplay-wise, I'd argue.
